Bhavnagar Division - Comprehensive Maintenance contract (CAMC) of 500 KVA DA sets fitted with KOEL make engines in Power cars for Three years.

Tenderer should be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of M/s KOEL make Engine of 500kVA capacity in power cars. Documentary evidence to be submitted.

Electrical Contractors License: The tendering firm must have valid Electrical Contractors Licenseissued by any State Government in their own name or in the name of the firm. A copy of thelicense shall be uploaded along with the tender offer failing which the offer shall be summarilyrejected. The license must be valid as on the date of opening of the tender. If the ElectricalContractors License has expired as on the date of opening of tender, the license renewaldocuments must be uploaded along with the copy of the license. The Contractor shall possessvalid Electrical Contractor License throughout the currency of the contract and the Consigneeshall confirm the same. The contractor shall ensure timely renewal of license

The technical eligibility criteria and financial eligibility criteria will not be applicable in case ofbidders, who are either OEMs or sources approved by RDSO for related work contracts. Thisexemption shall be extended to PUs i.e ICF/RCF/MCF approved sources as per Rly. Bd's letterNo2019/Elect (G)/165/1 dtd - 22.04.2020
