We, the undersigned, offer to undertake the above-mentioned assignment in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) and our Proposal (Technical and Financial). We hereby submit our Financial Proposal and confirm that the financial quote has been furnished in the prescribed BOQ (.xlsx) format.

Lump Sum Consultancy Fee for the Assignment (inclusive of all costs, expenses, and applicable taxes including GST)

B. Notes 1. The quoted amount is a lump sum price for the entire scope of services under this assignment. 2. The quoted amount shall be inclusive of all costs, including professional fees, travel, field surveys, logistics, reports, overheads, and all applicable taxes including GST. 3. No additional payments shall be made beyond the quoted amount, except as provided in the Agreement. 4. Payments shall be released in accordance with the Payment Schedule specified in the RFP/Agreement and subject to satisfactory completion of deliverables. 5. All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees and shall be subject to applicable statutory deductions
