Providing and fixing stgainless steel (Grade 304) railing made or hollow tubes, channels,plates etc including welding ,grinding ,buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts compelete i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size3, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Enginer in carge (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc. ) complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing stgainless steel master Pillar of size 80 mmx 80mm Grade 304, 16 G, Heavy duty upto height of 40"/ 1.02 m including stainless steel bowl and base plate 100mmx100mm with fastners at base i/c S.S. base at bottom. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Demolition RCC above GL upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials with in 20 metres lead and including cutting the necessary reinforcement and separating from RCC/ RB work. Complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 approved sand :4 approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work in Foundation and plinth complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement: 3 sand) Complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge with in all Leads & Lifts.

Removal of plaster from wall surface etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing slab outlet rai nwater pipe 3" dia including cutting fixing in masonry/ concrete finished fair with cement plaster 35 cm long .Complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Aluminium tower bolts 150mmx10mm including screws Complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Repair of Door shutters, first opening the door then repair and fix in right position for smooth working including serew/ plywood/ wood/ nails.Complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Repair of window shutters,double shutter all set in position for smooth working including screw/ plywood / wood / nails .Complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing/ fixing 12 mm thick plywood water proof, anti- termite with Fevicols etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts
