GENERAL SUMMARY

SCHEDULE 'A' PART- VIII: MISC ITEMS OF WORKS Note: This Schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 siginifies this fact only.

Internal Electrification

Supply and fix, exhaust fan of size 450mm sweep, 900RPM, heavy duty, copper wound electrically driven, 230volts, single phase, AC supply complete with louvers, bolts, nuts and washers, suitably embedded in the wall and provision of PVC insulated, flexible copper conductor cord of size 1.0Sqmm, three core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for giving connection, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Making suitable opening shall be deemed included in the lump sum quoted for Building.

Supply and fix, ceiling fan 1200mm sweep copper wound, BEE 5-star rated 230V, AC, 50Hz and provisioning of PVC insulated, flexible copper conductor cord of size 23/0.0076, 3core of required length from ceiling fan to ceiling rose for giving connection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, wall mounted LED luminaries, 1x16W, decorative box fitting, complete with LED lamp, pre-wired upto connection block & connecting with three core PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor flexible cable of size 1.0Sqmm, 3core from ceiling rose to connector block, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Crompton Cat No DMLNILT8-16 & LTT8-16 or equivalent to makes specified in Appx 'B'.

Supply and fix, lamp holder insulated body with back plate suitable for batten fitting with and including retrofit lamp 9watt, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, MCB 32Amps, SPN, 240volts, 10KA, 'C' curve/ series, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, MCB 6-32Amps, SP, 240volts, 10KA, 'C' curve/ series, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, Integral Street/security Light luminaires 25watt LED, with powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing & compact 25watt LED/ with individual LED lenses, heat resistant toughened glass with lense/better optics for uniform distribution & frame, IP-65/66 protection, epoxy powder coated, with prismatic polycarbonate cover/heat resistant toughened glass, suitable for & incl mounting with 50mm/40mm dia GI pipe bracket 1.50m long, bent to shape & connecting with three core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor flexible cable of size 1.5Sqmm from ceiling rose to connector block, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton, Cat No : LSTO-25-CDL (NEXUS) or equivalant to makes specified in Appx 'B'.

External Water Supply & Tube Well Boring

Supply & fix, electronic metering dozing pump with and including rotational moulded water storage tank of capacity 100litres with lid cover and suitable arrangement for fixing dozing pump of following technical specifications, complete all as specified and directed:- Model: TJ MD 8 Capacity (Iph): 0-6 Back Pressure(Kg/Sqcm: 10 Drive: Solenoid Capacity Adjustment: 1. Adjustable stroke frequency between 0 to 100 strokes/ minute 2. Adjustable stroke length between 0 to 100% MOC of wetted parts: PP MOC of diaphragm: PTFE coated EPDM Power (W): 30 Power supply: Single phase 230V, 50Hz Accessories: Foot valve, Injection Fitting & 3metre Hose Pipe Make: Teshcon Jesco (Model: TJ MD 8) or equivalent in Appx 'B'.

Supply and fixing, water pressure gauge direct dialing type, size 100 mm dia, 0-30Kg/Sqcm complete including suitable GI pipe and fitting for fixing with CI pipe line 150 mm dia bore including brass ferrule, one way brass valve with handle and drilling CI pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Make: H. Guru/ Feibig

Supply and fix, water meter, IS marked, horizontal, dry dial type 100mm, both ends flanged, cast iron body to read in metering system (i.e. ltrs) provided with trainees in the body wiper arrangement and suitable plastic transparent sheet for single and fixing in main pumping lines of size 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Make: Dashmesh/ Vir

Material & labour, cutting existing cast iron rising main 150mm bore in position, including necessary earth work for insertion of 01No. tee, 150mmx150mm bore (all ends socket) and two Nos. connected pieces (socket & spigot), 150mm bore, sluice valves etc. and lead joint, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Joints & CI specials / fittings shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply and fixing, motorized chain pulley block having capacity 02 Tonne with remote control, VVVF drive special lower blocks having electric motor of capacity 1.7/0.6 HP/KW, 1500/480 RPM having chain length minimum 4metre including multi core copper conductor cable as per manufacturer recommendations (not less than 30mm length), complete all as specified and directed. Make : Indef, Hiking.

Supply and fix, water level control panel fitted in duty room for auto operations including internal wiring with sensor fitted in overhaed reservoir of capacity 2,75,000gallons, digital type, showing empty, 25%, 50%, 75%, full and alarm at the overflow position including multi core insulated of required size copper conductor cable drawn in ERW steel conduit of requisit size fixed with RCC OH reservoir of capacity 275000gallons & RCC columns of the same or laid in the trenches duly covered with burnt bricks perpendicular to the cable from RCC OH reservoir upto valve man duty room (approx length 80Metres), complete all as specified and directed.

External Electrification

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Material and labour, locally available, sub class `B’ bricks (old size), laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, perpendicular to the direction of cable & adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.

Note(s): 1. The oil of voltage stabilizer shall comply with requirement of IS-335, 1983. 2. The inspection and testing of voltage stabilizer will be carried out by the rep of accepting officer in the permises of OEM as per clause 19.100A to 19.100A.5.2 of MES Schedule Part I. 3. Installation and commissioning of voltage stabilizer at site shall be carried out by the authorised rep of company.

Supply, fixing & testing, integral LED aviation light fitting fixed on top of 21 metre staging overhead, comprising of aluminium housing with poly carbonate enclosure, inbuilt 302 Nos. LED and making connections with two single core PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5Sqmm drawn in and including ERW steel conduit of size not less than 20mm dia and fixed with RCC overhead reservoir of capacity 275000gallons and columns of the same with suitable size steel saddles including continuous run of 1.5Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable as an earth wire from DB to light fitting (DB will be measured and paid separately) , complete all as specified and directed. Make: Bajaj, Model: 110731, lamp type BGAV302LED or equivalent in Appx 'B'. Note(s): (i) Rate for suitable ladder upto tank height, any type of T&P required for fixing light fittings deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) All safety precautions for safety of persons working on site be ensured by contractor.

Supply and fix, Sheet metal enclosure distribution board (DB), factory made, metallic double door, single pole and neutral, 2way, 240 Volt with and including MCB SPN 6Amp and making connection, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sub main wiring with two single core 4Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed colour code cables drawn in & including conduit with and including one run of continuous multi stranded copper conductor 2.5Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed, colour code cable for earth continuity, 1100volts grade, complete all as specified and directed. Notes : Two runs of 4Sqmm main cable + one run of 2.5Sqmm cable for earth continuity shall be measured as one unit/one Running Metre.

Supply and fix, manual dozing arrangement, made out of cast iron funnel, 150mm dia reduced to 20mm dia GI pipe including cast iron copper alloy stop valve 20mm dia ferrule & drilling cast iron main for manual dozing, complete all as specified and directed.
