Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils, rocks & E&B etc. As met at site true to lines as per plan, L section cross slope, super elevation as required also including uprooting & cutting of bushes dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes with all lift & lead, required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated in the drawing by mechanical means/ manual means and including construction of required coolie walling of minimum height of 0.60 mt with the stone available from the required hill side cutting for retaining of the muck , without damaging forest , forest land , utility and private properties ,including slip clearance and its safe disposal (same as per mentioned above for safe disposal of surplus excavated material ), till the completion of the work as per part II special conditions of contract , MORD Specification Clause 1601, 1602 & 1603 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in Cutting in all type of Soil and rock by manual means with lead up to 50 M for carrying of cut earth to embankment ( Half cut and half fill ) as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications for Rural Roads 2014. (For Superelevation)

Construction of Embankment with material obtained from Roadway Cutting/with approved materials deposited at site from roadway as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications for Rural Roads 2014 (Filling/Patri Filling)

Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150 mm by Mechanical Means Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4. Taking 60% of surface area

Excavation in foundation for structures in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Providing and Laying ofMechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions (Zinc plus PVC coated), of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120 mm,mesh wire diameter 2.7mm/3.7mm, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.4/4.4 mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2/3.2 mm. (The work includes filling boulders in the gabions).

WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Stabilized Sub-base / Base: Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting in-situ/borrow area soil of CBR >5% mixed with 30% Crushed aggregates as per mix design. Application: (1) Rip and loosen soil with excavator / tractor operated ripper and scarify with tractor operated rotavator to achieve desired thickness of 200 mm. Mix aggregates as per mix design with tractor operated ripper and rotavator. (2) Spread Cement 3% by weight of soil aggregate mix and mix with tractor operated ripper and rotavator. (3) Prepare and apply 1kg /cum organosilane Nanotechnology and 1kg/cum acrylic copolymer mixed in OMC water (<1000 ppm TDS) on loose mix . Scarify the treated mix with ripper and rotavator.(4) Compact partially the surface with vibratory roller. (5) Spread 20-30mm size aggregates on the graded soil surface to form 20-25 mm thick soil-aggregate-cement layer on top layer.(6)Compact the stabilized soil-aggregate-cement base with 8 to 10 tonne vibratory roller to achieve stone embedded layer with the desired density and thickness. in case of the static roller do the work in two layer compaction as dicuss with department engineer and technology provider. (7) Waterproof the top of the compacted stabilized base with organosilane & nano acrylic Polymer in the ratio of 1 kg organosilane :1 kg nano acrylic Co-Polymer : 200 liter water (<1000 ppm TDS) @ 3ltrs/sqm in two spray applications (1.5 ltrs. + 1.5 ltrs.). Rates include all material, labour, hire charges of machinery etc. as per MoRD specifications & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. IRC accreditation of Terrasil is : IRC-24(7)/2017 (ACC-224) and Zycobond is : IRC-24(7)/2017 (ACC-225)

Waterproofing on top of the sub Grade soil base/Earthen Shoulder with Nano technology based "Terrasil" Organo silane nanotechnology & "Zycobond" nano acrylic co-polymer with water (<1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1:1:200 @ 3 ltrs/sqm as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Prime Coat : Preparing and applying of water soluble Terraprime organo silane nanotechnology (for bitumen emulsion application, IRC approved) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSS1 and water (<1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1 kg silane : 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion : 200 liter water . Take 1 kg of silane nanotechnology and add in 200 liter water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion under circulation. Mix the solution completely. Spray the solution at the rate of 1 liter per sqm on compacted stone base. Check quality of bitumen emulsion before bulk use.Terraprime IRC accreditation : IRC-24(7)/2017 (ACC-234)

Providing & fixing of Citizen Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as per the MORD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of semi reflective Direction and Place Information Boards up to 0.90 sqm size as per attched drawing and as per the MORD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.)..
