Notes for Item Nos135 to 141 (a) Contractor shall provide printed complaint register/slip as per format given by Engr-in-Charge before commencement of work. (b) Contractor's representative shall attend office of Engr-in-Charge on all working days at 0900 hrs to collect the complaints.
