Reciprocating type, High speed, multi cylinder, Heavy Duty Industrial type ammonia compressor complete with inbuilt Cyclone type Oil Separator of size 16" dia x 43" height complete with flanged connections and valves, Flywheel, V-Belt, Belt Guard, Motor Pulley and Gauge cum PLC control panel comprising of, LP, HP & OP cutouts complete with internal wiring and control wiring arrangements, pressure and temperature sensors complete. The head cooling of the compressor should be with refrigerant. Necessary liquid, suction lines and controls shall be provided;
i) Capacity- 35.0 TR at -10 Deg.C suction and 36 Deg.C condensing temperature while running at 830 rpm consuming 49.17 BHP
ii) Capacity- 35.0 TR at -10 Deg.C suction and 36 Deg.C condensing temperature while running at 1000 rpm consuming 62.14 BHP

SIEMENS / EQUIVALENT make Soft Starter suitable for 60 HP motor with Controls for the above motor. The Soft Starter will be mounted on a control panel duly pre wired, comprising of AC motor, main drive controller assembly, and drive/operator interface and all connected accessories.

Control wiring for the compressors, soft starters, PLC, and other all controls
