MAINTENANCE OF PATH, AREA DRAIN, FENCING AND CERTAIN MISC B AND R WORKS IN SOUTH SIDE OF RUNWAY AT TECH AREA AT AF STN JODHPUR

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out silt, gravel boulders, vegetation grass from complete chocked and blocked and fully filled up nallah/ storm drain/ culvert with removing the silt rubbish to distance exc 150 m but n. exc 500 m including taking out of cover slab and refixing after removal of silt complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down plaster in cement mortar, in any position including removal of debris out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing debris out side of MD land and making good but portion ordered to be dismantled as ditected by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 Grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; including taking out old broken tiles out side of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

All as item no 7 above except paver blocks complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Refixing of existing paver blocks to be done in position.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made vitrified heavy duty parking tiles coloured, matt finish, unglazed and unpolished of size 300mm x 300mm x 10mm thick including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30mm x 30mm x 25mm thick set, with grey pigment cement and pigments jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors of approved colour and pattern including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition and taking debris out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) including demolition complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finised even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/lit and UV resistance as per IS : 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90lit/10 Sqm over new surfaces completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone jalli of 40-50mm thick in any size and in side shape with asthetic view including pillers/ frames/ posts (thumbly) and including demolition of old jalli and thrown out of MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Measurement shall be carried out including pillar/ posts/ frames.

M&L for superior grade/ quality factory made kerb stone of size 30cm x 30cm x 15cm in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including removal of old kerb stone outside MD land and making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbared wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each line wire to be measured.

Restraining, resecuring including making good galvanised 2 strand, steel barbered wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each line wire to be measured.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) in two layers (10mm + 5mm) on concrete surface (edges of pillars and top coping of perimeter boundary walls, chajjas, roof, roof projections and similar work) over 10mm thick dubbing out average on irregular face of walls, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down loose/ damaged concrete from the surface and applying two coats of surface finish as per existing finish specifications complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Double scaffolding and necessary shuttering shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates against this item.

S&F galvanised iron (hot dipped) steel punched type concertina coil of 1050mm dia of coil unstrached (weight of the concertina coil not less than 14 kg and opening length should be 8 metre for 1050mm dia coil) and fixed to angle iron posts/ struts/ swan necks with 3.15mm dia GI wire including dismantling old unservisable/ rusted concertina coil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 cum each, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earh around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC coated galvanised iron chain link fencing, made of GI wire dia not less than 3.5mm and minimum dia 4mm after PVC coating having 50 x 50mm mesh size any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, fixed as knuckled type and including removing the old fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angles in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 including dismanting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel rolled sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165, quality A including dismantling of old steel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume GI based corrugated/ trapazoidal steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken sheets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding, tow wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken sheets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
