MAINTENANCE TO INTERNAL ELECTRICAL FITTINGS AND FIXTURES ALONGWITH REPAIRS/SERVICING OF ACS GEYSERS AND CONNECTED MISC WORKS IN OTM AND MD ACCN OF DHQ 8 JETTY AREA VIKRAM ENCLAVE AND AZADHIND NAGAR AT HALDIA UNDER GE(I)(CGN) KOLKATA

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (including unscrewing from boards/out-let boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc.), removing materials off the site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for (concelaed Type) point wiring including necessary chase cutting of wall for one light/fan/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC (FR-LSH) insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC conduit and making good the distrubed surfaces as per the existing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A. Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board. B. The Rate of point wiring includes the following :- (i) Copper wire (ii) PVC Conduit with accessoreis (iii) Chase cutting

All as per item No 2.00 above but for 3 pin 6 amps switch socket outlet on the same board with 1.5 Sqmm cable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2.00 above but for 3 pin 6 amps switch socket outlet on the independant board with 1.5 Sqmm cable acomplete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2.00 above but for one 5 pin 16 Amps switch socket outlet on independent board with 2.5 sqmm PVC (FR-LSH) insulated un-sheathed copper conductor cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade and 2.5 Sqmm PVC (FR-LSH) copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Point wiring with two runs of FRLSH grade PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm (phase & neutral) and one run of 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH grade PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor for earth continuity wire to be drawn in and including PVC casing caping (medium duty) of size not less than 20 mm width and accessories, sunk MS sheet metal/pvc terminal box switch board cover fixed with brass screws with cap washers for light/fan/call bell point controlled by one 5/6 amps, one way switch including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:6 or PCC 1:3:6, type C-0 and matching with existing surfaces complete all as directed and specified.

All as per item No. 06 above but for 5 Amps independent switch point wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq mm copper conductor cable and 1.5 sq mm copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 06 above but on same board for 5 Amps switch point wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor cable and 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 06 above but for 5 /15 Amps independent switch point wiring with 2 x 4 sq mm copper conductor cable and 4.0 sqmm copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing sub-main wiring with PVC insulated & unsheathed two run of 6 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH), 1100 Volt grade alongwith one run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLSH), 1100 Volt grade, connected to common earth dolly as earth continuity conductor, drawn through pvc coduit /casing caping size not less 20 mm with all accessories and PVC rectangular boxes for mounting switch socket and fan regulator etc including taking down existing sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) One run of PVC conduit/casind caping, two runs of cable (Phase + Neutral) and one run of earth wire shall be measured and paid as one unit. (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed to be incluive of laying of conduit and making good the surface as per existing. (iii) Necessary chase cutting if any shall be measured and paid seperately.
