Height from ground - min 89.5cm - 102.5cm to max 100.5cm-111.5 cm. Seat height - min 43.3-44.5 cm to max 53.5 cm-54.3cm. Dimensions tolerance / variations shall be within +/- 1 cm.Chair tested as per ANSI/BIFMA x5.1 standards. contractor shall obtain prior approval on submission of mock sample from Engineer in charge. Providing COT with BED and manual head adjustment should have four sections Fixed/ detachable (preferably detachable) 18G CRCA M.S. uniformly perforated sheet top for easy breathing and air ventilation. Providing and supplying Steel Enema Cot 8cm thick foam cushion with water proof synthetic resin cover. The frames should be made from 1” outer diameter steel pipe (preferably Cold Rolled Coil-CRC pipe) with thickness 1.245 mm (Gauge number 18). The rigid steel frame should be perfectly fixed and welded to the base. All welding parts should be done with electro welding process. The horizontal base should be made from steel sheet with the thickness 1.897 mm (Gauge number 14). The horizontal base should be stiffened with appropriate longitudinal (preferably 3 to 4 “Vshape” sheet) and lateral stiffeners (preferably 2 to 3 steel pipes) The horizontal base should have edge moulding. The horizontal base shall be fastened with frame with suitable steel bracket with two numbers of GI bolts with washers of GI coated at each point.All steel components need to be given acid wash, 5 stage anticorrosive treatment prior to powder coating. All steel components should be powder coated with thickness 60 to 70μm. All legs need to have durable plastic bushes. The length of the L-PLATE should be 4.5 inch & bottom width 1 inch. The thickness of the L-PLATE should be 2.75 mm. The washer should be fixed along with the Bolt. Over all dimesion195cmx80cm - matress height-45cm headrest height- 75cm foot rest -55cm.
