Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, de-watering and/or removal of slush and incidentals, lift upto any heights, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs (Three meters) clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(One cement: four sand: eight graded broken stone crushed aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre) nominal size in mechanically mixed including curing and pumping or bailing out water/dewatering/removal of slush during concreting if required at site complete for all height/depth excluding cost of form work and reinforcement in foundation and plinth including all leads and lifts and carriage of materials and other incidents.

Providing thermo mechanical treated/ Tor steel reinforcement for Reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position and including cost of binding wire complete for all floors including all leads and lifts and carriage of materials and other incidents.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three decimal fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty milimetre into thirty milimetre into five milimetre ).,so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation, footings, bases of columns etc and mass concrete including all leads and lifts and carriage of materials and other incidents.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.(Three decimal fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm.,(Thirty into thirty into five milimetre)so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering strutting and proping etc. with wooden battens and ballies including dewatering/ pumping or bailing out water wherever required at site complete upto any heights/ depth of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like including all leads and lifts and carriage of materials and other incidents.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(One cement: Two sand:four graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete so as to obtain minimum crushing strength of M-20 grade and curring complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation, footing bases of columns and the like and mass including all leads and lifts and carriage of materials and other incidents.

Providing Cement concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement : Three Sand : Six crushed stone aggregate) Nominal Mix P.C.C. grade M-10 (M-Ten) for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clasue 802,803 1202 & 1203 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental.

Brick work using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) in floor to level within all lead, lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Second class half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in super- structure above plinth level upto floor any level in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement is to three sand ). The rate is inclusive for carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and frame work including cutting hoisting and fixing in position and applying a primer coat of red lead paint in beams joints, channels angles tees flats with connections plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providng and Fixing 0.60 mm ( zero decimal six zero milimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet (Tata/ Sail make steel) in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with preparinted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limp-et and rubber washers complete with all accesories as required as per the Direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidents.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidents.

Providing and fixing 75mm dia pipes on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals.

15 mm (Fifteen milimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concretes/ stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arises, internal angles, chamfers and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm(Eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand) within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops,dust,loose materials and other foreign matter sand papered smooth to give final matt finishto the surface complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Supplying and fixing wovenplains G.I. wire fencing of mesh 50mm to 150mm (Fifty milimetre into one hundred fifty milimietre) to any type of standard rails, strainging bolts. etc. including provision of binding wire, staples etc. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
