Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding any depth, in any width as well as 10 sqm (Ten square metre ) on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto any lead and lift as directed by Engineer-incharge within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (One Cement : cour coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm(Forty millimetre) nominal size) within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge

Stone soling under floor within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-In- charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm(Sixty millimetre ) thick faciory made cementconcrete interlocking paver block of M -30 (Thirty ) grade (ISI marked) made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm (Fifty millimetre ) thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:2:4 (One cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size) All work up to plinth level within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors 40 mm (Forty millimetre )wide and 4 mm(Four millimetre ) thick within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-In- charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (One cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40 mm (Forty millimetre ) thick with 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size stone aggregate within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six coarse sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20 mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six coarse sand) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

20 mm (Twenty millimeter ) cement plaster of mix 1:6 (One cement: six coarse sand) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.
