Demolition of cement concrete in paving, in any thickness and description, unreinforced in any position complete all as specified and directed and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in subbase complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for 40mm thick for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor.finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type B-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, including necessary expansion joints, filled solidly with a hot mixture of blown grade bitumen and sand 1:1 by weight all as specified and directed

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and Old unserviceable of any height complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kitchen slab,landing or in any position including Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any position not otherwise specifically provided for and including reinforcement required to facilitate demolition upto and including fourth story and on the roof top/mumty/parapet and removal of debris and rubbish out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing special water tight centering and shuttering including bolting, strutting, propping etc. so as to withstand a pressure of 0.1 Mpa including removal of form from all locations including slabs landings complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6 including demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removing debris out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 of brick work/ concrete surfaces (either surfaces) of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including all necessary scaffolding complete all asspecified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement to match with existing surface including all necessary scafffolding including taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.
