Preparation of Structural drawings (for item No. (i) to (iii)) & complete detailed estimates (for item No. (iii) to vi)) (taking of quantities, abstracting and bill of quantities) as per MES procedure on the SSR 2020 and preparation of yard sticks as per Dept procedure for Provn of OTM Accn for Mech Inf Bn Ph-II at Ferozepur Cantt (AMWP 2022-23: List-II/ Ser No. 01) as per description below

(i) Single living accn (for Havs/ORs)(D/S) (16 Hav & 53 ORs) 01 Block : 1783.40 Sqm (ii) Cook House and dining hall(S/S) (01 Nos): 423.17 Sqm (iii) Family Welfare centre: 334.70 Sqm (iv) ORs institute : 236.00 Sqm (v) Religious Insitute Hall: 300.00 Sqm (vi) Field miniature range (27 mtr): 207 Sqm Design Parameters:- 1. Reinforcement steel for all RCC work shall be TMT Fe 500/500D grade with minimum elongation 16% and 14.5% respectively. 2. Grade of concrete shall be M-25(mm) for normal structure and M-30 for water retaining structure. 3. SBC of soil testing report may be obtained from E2(Design) sec of HQ CEJZ. In case of change of bearing capacity observed at site during execution, the foundation will have to be redesigned by the consultant at no extra cost to department. 4. Cover to reinf. in RCC shall be as per IS 456-2000 for moderate exposure conditions. 5. Structural design shall be in conformity to relevant latest version of IS code such as IS-456, IS-876, IS-1893, IS-13920 and NBC’s etc. 6. Bldg shall be designed for Earthquake load as applicable as per IS-1893 (2016) for Zone-IV. 7. Any other parameter not mentioned above but it is required to be taken care of while carrying out structural design and detailing as per the Indian Standards is deemed to be included. Remarks:- 1. The firm shall get structural drawings vetted from IIT/NIT/ Any other Government Engineering College. 2. The consultant shall submit the soft and hard copies of following documents to E2(Design) Section:- a) Submission of complete set of structural drawing on reproducible film in A2 size. b) Two set of white paper prints duly vetted as per Para (d) in A2 size c) Detailed design report with calculations, STAAD files, including references etc. d) Structural drawing on AutoCad. e) Design philosophy & list of codes, BIS publications followed.
