Taking down unsv Refrigerator of any capacity of any make from its location by disconnecting and sealing all electrical connections, transporting the same to MES yard for annual maintanance/servicing, dismantling the same for repair/replacement of unsv parts and re-assembling after repairs, transporting and refixing the same in its original location, making all electrical connections and testing for effective cooling complete all as directed. NOTE: Any major spare parts required for repair shall be paid separately as supply only under ser item No. 2 to 10 here-in-after, where as any minor parts i.e. those are not catered/included in Schedule and required for smooth functioning of refrigerator are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S&F in replacement of hermitically sealed compressor for refrigerator of capacity upto 310 ltrs, operating voltage 200V to 240V, 50Hz, duly filled compressor oil and refrigerant gas R-134A/R-22 in adequate quantity etc complete all as specified and directed Make: Kirloskar or equivalent make of Voltas/Tachcoms/Carrier/LG/Videocon/Godrej

Taking out burnt windings from blower fan motor of window type/Split type AC, cleaning of slots, providing new insulation within slots and winding with new super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge not less than 300gm/unit including heat varnishing, backing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable window type/split type AC of any capacity of any make from its location by disconnecting and sealing electrical connections, flushing out the compressor oil and refregerant gas system with CTC and rectifying leakage/block in refrigerant line by cutting, welding/bracing and compressor oil and refrigerant gas R-134A/R-22 in adequate quantity, reassembling and refixing the same in its original location and testing for effective cooling complete all as directed.

M&L for annual painting window type AC of any capacity, scrabbing down of old existing paint with emery paper, cleaning, wasing etc., and painting with one coat of approved quality synthetic enamel white paint in existing colour by spraying including filling cavities, welding, soldering, denting including writing MES No. complete all as directed.
