Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm (Twelve milimetre to twenty milimetre) in patches of area 2.5 sq.metre (two point five square metre) and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints, preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using second class common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto all heights/ floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) and curing complete, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing second class deodar wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

20mm (twenty milimetres) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level, including arrises internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle in all girth and finished even and smooth complete, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing prepainted steel sheet roofing over steel trusses providing and fixing Kotar metal or equivalent prepainted single skin trapezoidal profile sheeting 0.60mm (zero point six zero milimeter) thick having 1060mm (one thousand sixty milimeter) cover width (overall width 1126mm (one thousand one hundred twenty six milimeter) 28mm (twenty eight milimeter) crest depth at 353 (three hundred fifty three) + (plus minus) 2mm (two milimeter) centre to centre crest distance there will be two ribs at the centre for stiffening having depth of 2.5mm (two point five milimeter), main crest width at top 25mm (twenty five milimeter) and at the lower 81mm (eighty one milimeter) base metal of cold rolled steel coil with zinc coating top coat with regular modified polyster coating of approved shade and balancing reverse coat with polyster paint, fixing of sheet shall be with self drilling and self tapping screws of size 5.5mm (five point five milimeter) dia 75.5mm (seventy five point five milimeter) length with EPDM seal. The material supply will be accompanied by test certificate and against corrosion/ fading colour and manufactured defects, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetres) nominal size) mix designed, so as to give a compressive strength corresponding to Grade M-20 (M-Twenty) including curing complete or as per H.P.P.W.D. specification or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Suspended, floors, lintel beams etcetera, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying Mild steel/ tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all heights including cost of binding wires complete and as per directions and entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, in beams joists channels angles, tee, flats with connected plates or angles cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like, including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting and placing in position complete and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per HP:PWD. Specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (Sixty centimeters) over all with 0.60mm (Zero point six zero milimetres) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic, coating of 20 micron (twenty micron) over 5 micron (five micron) primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 micron (five micron) over 5 micron (five Micron) primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six milimetres) dia and prepainted G.I. (Galvanised iron) limpet and bitumen washers complete as per HPPWD specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and fixing Valley 90cm (ninety centimetre) overall with 0.60mm (zero decimal six zero milimetre) thick ISI marked Z-120 (Z-one hundred twenty) prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped, metallic zinc coated steel sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted galvanized iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six milimetres) diameter with prepainted galvanized iron limpet and bitumen washers filled with required shade of colour and laid complete within all accessories as required upto any height, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental .
