REPAIR/COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF HOT AND COLD WATER COOLERS WITH INBUILT PURIFIER AND COLD WATER COOLERS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS NAVAL BASE KOCHI

(3) The contractor is responsible to carry out services through OEM during the contract period or as per users requirement to ensure the serviceability of the machine. (4) All body parts and other accessories shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove strains etc with suitable solution, during the service time. (5) Any break down / complaints shall be attend and with in the same day and rectification shall be intimated. (6) The rates quoted for above items shall be included for replacement of any spares becoming unserviceable during the period and no extra claim shall be allowed. (7) A penalty of Rs. 2000/- per day will be levied in case breakdown of machine more than 24 hrs from the time of complaint registration due to non attending. (8) The contractor has to submit no due cirtificate from the the OEM before claming RAR. (9) The contractor has to provide sufficient numbers of all the required spare parts during the contract peroid so that all the complaints to be rectified on the same day.

Material and labour for attending day to day complaints pertains to various water cooler of make Voltas/Usha/Blue Star and water filter of any make and capacity as and when required by Skilled Mechanic and helper with necessary tools and plants for checking the water cooler at existing location, find out the faults, complete and rectification of the defected water cooler and making it serviceable in complete all as specified and directed Note:- Minor parts costing up to Rs 100 where required, deems to be inclusive of the rate quoted. Other major parts will be paid under relevent items.

Materal and labour for general servicing of water cooler of capacity 40/40, 40/80 or 60/120 Litres after taking down from the existing position, transporting to workshop, clean internal parts, clean external cover with suitable liquid/ solvent, clean filter/ washing with water, replace the unserviceable parts if any including refixing the Water Cooler in same/ other location and connecting, commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Materal and labour for general servicing of water cooler of capacity 40/40, 40/80 or 60/120 Litres after taking down from the existing position, clean internal parts, clean external cover with suitable liquid/ solvent, clean filter/ washing with water, leak testing at same location, replace the unserviceable parts if any including refixing the Water Cooler in same/ other location and connecting, commissioning complete all as specified and directed Note:- Charging of refrigerant gas will be measured and paid under relevant schedule item complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement, hermetically sealed compressor unit suitable for water cooler of capacity 40/40, 40/80 litres capacity of the existing unserviceable sealed compressor unit including gas charging and connecting up complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 5 here in before but suitable for Water Cooler of capacity 60/120 Litres complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair fan motor 240 Volt with leaf suitable for water cooler of capacity 40/80/120 litres complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC float valve assembly 15mm bore suitable for water cooler complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repair 15 mm bore cock tap suitable for water cooler complete all as specified and as directed.
