Filling of geo-tubes (25m long and 10m circumference) with sand of volume 176 cum by using mud pump not below the fill height of 1.60m as per drawing and technical specifications, binding the tube with 9mm nylon rope to jati bamboo pegs of length 2m placed 5m c/c along both sides of the tube and at both ends to keep the tube in position during filling, as specified and directed including all loading, unloading and handling charges and local carriage upto a distance of 250M, pumping slurry using mud pump from a distance upto 500m, etc. including setting up of the tube laying platform, complete as directed.

Supply of Geo Bags Type-B (Size 2.00m × 1.50m inner to inner) (Pillow Type) made of composite layers of Polypropylene (PP) fibre as per IS 16653 : 2017 for Nonwoven and IS 16654 : 2017 for Woven: Woven Geo-textile for the outer cover (300gsm): The woven geo textile is woven with multifilament woven fabric manufactured from ultra violet stabilized polypropylene. Geo-textile used to manufacture geotextile bags should have high mechanical properties for enhanced durability along with enhanced puncture, abrasion and U.V. resistance characteristics. Geo-textile should be inert to biological degradation and resistant to naturally encountered chemicals, alkalis, and acids. Stitching of Bags should be Ring Spun Yarn stitches with 2500-3000 denier double line chain stitch with overlap with stitches along the edge. (Bags are to be supplied of 15numbers in a bundle, properly packed with each bag having proper tag with name of Manufacturer, Batch Number, the GSM and type of polymer encrypted and stitched on top corner and each bag is to be marked with “WRD Govt of ASSAM” to beprinted distinctly. Test Certificate from approved NABL accredited and ISO Certified Laboratoryshould invariably be submitted against each batch of material)

Carriage of Geo Bags of size 2.00 x 1.50 m including loading & unloading , Stacking cost of P.O.L. ,etc. complete and including hire charge of truck with driver and handyman, etc. completed as directed. (distance to be claculated from Divisinal store). Distance = 15.00 km

Filling and laying of nonwoven Geo-textile bag of dimension 2.00mx1.50m including excavation of sand/silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand/silt, having minimum volume 0.612 Cum after filling, double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle machine, laying at proper site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 100m complete as directed. (Geo Bag and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost) b) Without Boat.
