The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineerin-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For vertical surface two coats @0.70 kg per sqm

E KID PROCESS FEED PUMP - Supply, Installation, commissioning, testing and trial run of horizontal centrifugal, non - clog, semi open CI impeller monobloc pumps fitted with TEFC, IP 55, Class F insulated SQI motor, suitable for 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415v AC power supply. Capacity 0.3 m3/hr, 12 mwc. Pump discharge common header to be fitted with pressure guage 0- 7 bars, 1.5” dial, SS Bourdon type glycerine filled guage. Pump to be fitted with DRY RUN TRIP with level switch

E KID REACTOR - Supply, Installation, commissioning, testing and trial run of E KID Reactor. Reactor to be of MS-FRP / PP – FRP / FRP construction of thickness not less than 5 mm and of sizes as mentioned herein. Reactor should be with electrodes as per specifications given in technical section. The E-KID process is to be fitted with drive head and froth removal mechanism falling into a froth trough. Suitable inlet and outlet connections are to be provided for feed and product to ensure transient velocity across the reactor. Alternative design with circular geometry can also be provided, but the anode surface area flux should be retained as 2 m2/m3/hr of active anode surface area for one side and retention of 10 minutes minimum in reaction zone. EKID reactor, of overall size 0.6m L x 0.5m W x 1.0m TD with 7 sets of electrodes, each anode and cathode 5 mm thickness coupled to DC rectifier of size 400 amps at 12 v DC, including froth compartment of width not less than 300 mm and product compartment of width not less than 300 mm and other details as per technical specifications sheet

Dosing pumps of 0-1lph with 3 bar working pressure electronic metering type pump, to be mounted on top of the dosing tanks

Dosing System- Dosing Tank with Dosing pump(For Hypo Dosing) -Supply & installation and erection of LLDPE/ FRP / PP chemical dosing tanks of 50 liters capacity for dosing with Hypochlorite. The dosing tanks shall be free standing, to be kept on fixed concrete floor. Dosing tanks to be equipped with inlet line provision for chemical mixing water. Dosing pumps of 0-1lph with 3 bar working pressure electronic metering type pump to be mounted on top of the dosing tanks.

Electrical & Instrumentation

INTERCONNECTING PIPING: - • All process piping is to be in uPVC rigid of approved ISI make, Class 2 • All process valves to be in PP/PVC of Ball / Globe type for all Internal Diameter less than or equal to 150 NB. • For valves in piping of ID > 150 NB, Butterfly valves are preferred • NRV should be provided at the common discharge header of all process pumps P101 to P103 • Discharge line of P104 i.e. filter press feed pump, till the filter press FP 101 should be in SS. • Dosing lines to be in flexible Teflon / rigid PVC / HDPE

ELECTRICAL PANEL – Powder coated MCC Panel shall be non compartmentalized free standing floor mounted, dust and vermin proof, with reinforcement of suitable size angle iron, channel, T -iron flats as required. Panel shall be suitable for 415V, 3- Phase,50 Hz incomer. Switchgear components to include, but not limited to, MCCB for incomer and for each switchgear, suitable OLR and contactor provisions to be given as per guidelines of the Electrical authority. Panel to be fabricated based on the Motor Load List as given in the technical specifications AC: MS powder coated panel with switchgear components as per motor load list, fixed, floor mounted and non compartmentalized pane

INTERCONNECTING CABLING & INSTRUMENTATION – Outgoing feeders from AC panel to each prime mover will be based on CEIG guidelines. 2-7.5HP Dol starter feeders with suitable MPCB as incomer/over load relay, contactor, Aux Contactor. Cables to be suitably protected either through (a) PVC conduit or (b) armored cables as appropriate. Cabling includes glanding and termination for each prime mover. Cables should not be run on the ground or directly on the walls. Cables to be mounted on suitable runners / cable trays / PVC conduits as appropriate. All interconnecting cabling and glanding , termination accessories as per specifications.
