Routine Maintenance of Bindrabani Majhwar Kotmorse road Km. 0/0 to 19/800 in District Mandi Himachal Pradesh under performance based maintenance contract.

Period-I

Providing and laying plain cement concrete Grade M-10 (ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete in open foundations including cost of form work as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer- in-Charge including carriage of material to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Ruffing depression and carrugation repair by clearing and removal of loose materail providing tack coat with bitumen emulsion and filling with grading premex using emulsion ( special specification B2.3.2) in layer not exceding 50 mm average depth as per MORD technicaldirection of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. .

Repair to pot holes and removal of loose materials, trimming of sides, clearing of surface by providing tack coat 20mm (twenty millimeters) thick premix carpet and seal coat type-B as per specification clause 1904.2, 503 and 508.1 of MoRD specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

Repair to edge break and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat with bitumen emulsion, 20 mm thick pre-mix carpet using bitumen VG-10 and seal coat type B with bitumen VG-10 as per technical specification .ncluding carriage of material to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Period-II (For First Year)

Routine maintenance works executed as per Section 5 of bidding document of PBMC, so as to preserve the road to satisfactory level and any further damage to the road is prevented. The Bidder has to quote Lump sum rate per month for this period.ncluding carriage of material to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Emergency Works

Removal of slips/land slides in hilly area in all kinds of soil including saturated soil, rocky portion requiring blasting/chiselling by all means including cutting and trimming of slopes and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material, with in all leads and lifts as per technical specification clause 302.3.5 and 1611 as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge. Any loss to the public/private property or any accident etc. happens during the course of execution shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be fully compensated by him in all cases. The rate includes the cost for arrangement of labour/ machinery at sudden notice, transportation and hutments, interruption of traffic while working and inclement weather etc.
