Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains, patchways including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m All kinds of soil.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, slab @ plinth level, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade F-500D or more

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses, watch tower etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (These items are for watch towers fabrication works)  The fabrication work shall be confirm IS standard  The quoted rates should be inclusive of the all materials, labours, one coat of primer, welding rods for all structural sections, bolts, washers, Scaffolding (Wherever necessary) as per suit and site conditions with taken care of safety measures, Payment shall be made only for actual material fixed at site as per standard measurement (weights) only. Rolling margin and wastage shall not be paid. Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete. (These items are for watch towers fabrication works)  The fabrication work shall be confirm IS standard  The quoted rates should be inclusive of the all materials, labours, one coat of primer, welding rods for all structural sections, bolts, washers, Scaffolding (Wherever necessary) as per suit and site conditions with taken care of safety measures, Payment shall be made only for actual material fixed at site as per standard measurement (weights) only. Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work / old work Note : Measurement will be taken in Sqm of the treated/painted surface area of individual members

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. Note:- Removing of emulsion paint, white wash, oil paint or enamel paint for Internal wall, exterior paint on external wall (including washing), wood work, steel work etc. by sand paper, wire brush, roll paper etc. to reveive new painting treatments. Rates includes scaffolding. Measurements will be done as per relevant IS Code. Complete all as directed by EIC.

Providing and applying white cement based putty two or more coat to achieve required finish on wall, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Note:-for internal walls only, Rates includes scaffolding and sand papering of wall after putty. The thickness of putty should be 0.25 mm or more. Measurements will be done as per relevant IS Code

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer Note:- For Internal wall only, rates includes scaffolding. Measurements will be done as per relevant IS Code. Complete all as directed by EIC

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. TWO coat Note:- Rates includes scaffolding, crack opening and filling with approved filler material. Measurements will be done as per relevant IS Code. Complete all as directed by EIC

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477 Type - 2T, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. - Glazed vitrified tiles polished finish of size 300 x300 - Colour must match the existing tiles. Note :- This item is for patch tiles replacing. special care shall be taken to avoid damage to surrounding tiles.

Dismantling tile work in floors and wall laid in cement mortar including chiseling, grinding, using of cutter to make the surface dipper, stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm. Note :- The above spefication applied for dismantling of wall tile also. This item is for patch tiles replacing. special care shall be taken to avid damage to surrounding tiles.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Suitable spce shall be identified by contractor including taking of permission from local authority if any.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Clearing jungle including up rooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Extra for additional lead for shifting of earth beyond 50 metre or part there of beyond 1st 50 metre up to 200 meter, By Manual Labour including loading, unloading and stacking

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Extra for additional lead for shifting of barbed wire / steel beyond 50 metre or part there of beyond 1st 50 metre up to 0.50 Km, By Manual Labour including loading, unloading and stacking

Supplying and tying G.I. barbed wire consisting of 2 ply line wire with the barbs having four points, including tying in between fencing posts, stretching wires and providing diagonals, including tying to posts with G.I. wire of dia 1.6mm (16g) and fixing the wires to nib in the posts, etc; complete. NOTE: (1) The G.I. Barbed wire shall weigh minimum 9.38 kg per 100 m, (2) The length of each row and each diagonal row of Barbed wire will be measured in running metre for payment. G.I. binding wire will not be measured for payment. (Rate quoted should include cost of binding wire also).

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing (on existing Y angles) with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.50 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed yello zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works.
