| 1 | Fixing only in repairs for the complaints received of OTM and MD Accn against internal electrification work/nature including taking out existing light fittings of any description from any position, replacement of switch, socket, fan, bell, holders,bakelite/plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with screws for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators, PVC cable etc. removing faults in wires, batten/conduit, Main switch/DB;s MCB complete all as specified and as directed.
Note:- (i) Contractor or his acredited representative shall report daily to complaint cell for recieving complaints from concerened exectuive at 0900 hours
(ii) Materials required shall be measured and paid seperately at Supply Only rates, Labour charges is deemed to inclusive in the UNIT RATE QUOTED.
(iii) Work shall be excuted as on requirement basis based on complaints recived in MES Complain Cell. Contractor has to collect complaints daily (expect on Holidays) from from MES Service Cell, collect the job card and submit back to MES Complain Cell dully signed by User after rectification of Complain.
(iv) Unserviceable materials obtained shall Credited to contractor under Sch of Credit
(v) The tenderer shall note that scope of the subject work is to provide proper service for efficent and timely completion of repairs.
