M&L for preparation of old painted taxi link/ dispersal area surface exc 10cm width and applying one coat of retro reflective paint marking using Flexo-O-Lite type III high index glass beads by mechanical means complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note for item No 1 to 16 :- (i)Site for execution of work will be made available to contractor only on Saturday, Sunday, other Holidays and on non operational days of Airport after consultation with users by GE / Engineer-in-Charge . However the availability of site will be intimated to contractor minimum 05 days before the due date and Contractor have to arrange the working programme accordingly. (ii) The contractor shall quote the rates of items considering above facts also. However no claim shall be entertained at a later stage on this ground.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of arrows letters etc. on roads, pavements runway & like, exc 10cm width and applying one coat of road marking paint white or golden yellow by mechanical means complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note :- The painted surface shall not show any sign of brush mark or surface underneath. The painting shall stand out boldly. Painting shall be in sufficient number of strokes till the desired result is achieved and shall not shown visible sign of brush marks etc.

M&L Cutting, raking out existing sealing compound from Expansion Joints 25mm to 40mm wide X 30mm deep of rigid pavements by mechanical/ hand cutter removing the racked out sealing compound from joints, removing the debris and other foreign materials to a distance exc 50m and n exc 150m, depositing where directed and cleaning the sides and bottom of joints by compressor air (diesel driven compressor of suitable capacity) preparing joints to receive polyurethane joints filling, priming the joints with primer, filling and sealing the joints with suitable polyethylene rod and sealing compound of approved manufactures of Lquiseal PU PG 2K sealant with and incl provn of primer, rod and sealing compound and other materials and tools/ plants as required, complete all as per manufactures instructions as specified and as directed by the engineer-in- charge.

All as per item no.3 hereinbefore but for Construction joint 10 to 12mm wide x 15mm deep specified and as directed by the engineer-in- charge. Note:- (i)The tenderers are advised to visit the site of work with prior permission of Engineer in charge and fully be aware of the area to be maintained/ repaired. The works shall be executed at time as directed at any time of the day (even after normal working hours). The quoted rate shall be inclusive of this provision. (ii) Application of primer and filling of joints should be done in mechanised manners. (iii) Suitable tape should be provide on both edges of joints to prevent to spreading of joint sealant material and same should be removed after completion of joints filling.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment of external wall using water jet, mechanical grinders including rubbing, washing down with water, etc. and applying two coats of weather proof (antifungal) paint over a coat of suitable primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- Application of paint and primer shall be as per manufacturer's instruction. The quoted rate shall include cost of scaffolding as required.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surface exc 10 cm width or girth & applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint (white & red in chequered pattern ) complete all as specified & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surface exc 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint white or golden yellow or red at a height above 10m & upto 20m (V/UHF antenna) all as specified & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of black border of taxi track markings exc 10cm width and applying one coat of road marking paint black in colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note:- The painted surface shall not show any sign of brush mark or surface underneath. The painting shall stand out boldly. Painting shall be in sufficient number of strokes till the desired result is achieved and shall not shown visible sign of brush marks etc.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hard core of Gauge exc. 63mm but n. exc 150mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rolled / rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in- Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone, boulder, precast PCC block masonry including all quoins, arches, pillar, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on Brick/Concrete wall and ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concert wall surfaces with cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for moorum filling in low level area in layers n exc 25 cm thick, spreading and levelling, consolidation and well ramming including watering complete all as specified and directed.
