M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions for levelling the surface smooth to receive the water proofing membrane, priming the surface with a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.50 KG per Sq.m, applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m, laying Polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 Kg per Sq.m reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric of weight not less than 150 Grams per Sq.m, by torch application with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion including applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m on top for water proofing treatment complete including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description including PCC padding of any description and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5 KM complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Joint Free Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Edge Cut, Concept Type, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size 450 mm X 300 mm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for PCC 1:5:10, Type E-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling , mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for applying Chemical Injection Treatment in the form of Pressure Grouting by drilling 20 mm dia holes, 60 mm deep @ 100 cm grid at bottom floor and all the internal wall surfaces of the sunken slabs of toilet by injecting Cement Slurry mixed with Grout Admixture "CONBEXTRA EP 10" of M/s. Dismantling of Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling of any description including Cement Mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete as in Roof, Floors [other than ground floor], beams, staircase, landing, Chajjas, cover slabs and similar suspended work including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of steel formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick [horizontal or sloping] for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surface of ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: The painting work shall be done by using mechanical paint sprayer including necessary arrangement and rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
