Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing ,laying, spreading and compacting stone of specific sizes to water bound macadem specification i/c spreading in uniform thickness ,hand packing ,rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stage of proper grade and canmber applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering & compacting to the required density grading -3 as per Technical specification clause-405

M-150 class brick work in 1:4 cement & C.Sand Mortar In all complete site of work as per -600,1200 &1203

Providing and laying in position cement concrete in 1:2:4 ( cement : C/sand: 20 mm size Stone gritt )of specified grade excluding cost of centering & shuttering up to plinth level as per-802,803,1202,1203

R.C.C work in open Foundation with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm gauge stone ballast in proportion of 1:2.4 i/c supply of all material labour T & P as per clause 802,803,1202 & 1203

Miled Steel or Iron Work in plain Work Such as Rainforced brik Work(When not included in over all rates)Wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of workand including supply of steel as per clause 1000 and 1202

Plaster 12 mm thick in 1:4 with cement & C.sand mortar etc as per - Clause 613.4 & 1204
