RequiredCopy of Receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from any Division office of CPWD where bidder deposited EMD. Format of deposition receipt should be as per Form F of NIT page No. 41.

RequiredCertificate of Financial Turnover from Charted Accountant (Form A at page No. 36)

RequiredBankers Certificate from a Commercial Bank or Net worth Certificate. (Form B or B1 at page No. 37)

RequiredDetails of Eligible Similar nature of works completed during the last 7 years ending previous date of last date of submission of tenders as mentioned at Page No. 6 (Form C at page No. 38)

RequiredPerformance report of works referred to in Form C (Form D at page No. 39)

RequiredStructure and Organization (Form E at page No. 40)

RequiredAffidavits (Form G and H at page No. 42 and 43). Affidavit (Form H) should be duly notarized.

RequiredCopy of Completion Certificates or Performance reports of eligible similar nature of works issued by the Client not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Project Manager or equivalent. In case of works executed in Private Sector, TDS Certificates in respect of works executed should also be uploaded.
