Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge , thickness roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismentling timber in fillets, rails, posts,rafter, purlin etc under 40 Sqcm in section, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling Mild Steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to frame work as in walls , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 09 mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to frame work as in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605 x 605 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F coloured pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet (AZ-150) 0.50mm thick having tensile strngth of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including necessary washers etc all as per manufactures instruction, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet (AZ-150) 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F plain fillets squre,rectangular or triangular in section clean sawn secured with nails of 2nd class hard wood sectional area exc 13 and not exc 25 Sqcm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F plain fillets squre,rectangular, circular or triangular in section clean sawn secured with nails of 2nd class hard wood sectional area not exc 3 Sqcm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in roof truss (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over and incl a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and incl a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F PVC Panels in false ceiling or wall cladding, 8mm thick, coloured, prelaminated on one side of decorative choice or approved design and balancing white on other side of approved coloured and thickness for interior decoration incl wooden frame for fixing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge
