Schedule 'A' Part-I (B/R Schedule)

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish materials where directed at low lying areas in defence land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished fair and even without using extra cement incl; mixing of water proofing compound

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished smooth and even without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 and finished fair and even without using extra cement.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces preparatory to wall surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying 3mm thick wall care putty and primer on wall surface to achieve even and smooth surface and applying two coats of weather proof acryic emulsion paints, exterrior grade (100% acryic) on surfaces of walls.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of cement or plastered surfaces, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and applying 3mm thick wall care putty and primer on wall surface to achieve even and smooth surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls.

M&L for Preperation of new plastered surface of ceiling applying three coat of white wash.

M&L Washing rubbing down and stopping of old distempered surfaces any type of wall incl preperation and then applying one coat of oil bound distemper on old plastered surface by Auto roller of any tint specified by Engineer -in-Charge(upto 9thfloor).

M&L Preperation of old plastered surfaces of wall and apply one coat of white wash(upto 9thfloor).

M&L Preperation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and apply one coat of white wash(upto 9thfloor).

M&L for removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surface of wall by by Vaccum based sanding machine removal of nails etc and then apply one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm by using auto roller upto 9th floor complete all as specified and as per specified by Engineer -in-Charge .

M&L Preperation old painted surfaces of wood and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint ony description not other described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as per specified by Engineer -in-Charge . (upto 9thfloor).

-ditto- as per item srl No 15 above but on steel surfaces complete all as specified and as per specified by Engineer -in-Charge . (upto 9thfloor).

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete Nominal mix Type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rain water pipes,SWR pipes including all fittings any size and pattern.

M&L for 75 mm PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with necessary safety measures i.e.scaffoldings/hanging platform upto 9th floor using safety harness and necessary precaustions. .

M&L for 110mm PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with necessary safety measures i.e.scaffoldings/hanging platform upto 9th floor using safety harness and necessary precaustions.
