PART-A-SUGAULI- Repair and Maintenance of Sugar Bag Stitching Machine at Boiling House at HBL Sugauli as per the below scope & technical specifications:
A) Inspection, Servicing and Repair of existing sugar bag stitching machines, complete set for extra head with spare parts. Machine Type: Polypropylene (PP) Bag Stitching Machine Make: Stitch well Machine Company, New Delhi No of Machines: 7 Nos B) Servicing of the Horizontal slats conveyor below the sugar bin machine with related spares. Nos of machines: - 02 Nos. Rate to include required spares, labour, supervision, tools & tackles materials complete in all respects. Minimum Six (6) visits are required to be carried out by the contractor as per HBL advice. Please refer to the attached scope of work for details.
