R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm.gauge approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:2:4 in Raft foundation, excluding supply supply of reinforcement but including fixing & binding the same with 24 B.W.G. G.I. wire and including the cost of binding wire and including supply of all materials, labour and tools & plants. Royalty etc. required for the proper completion of the work. S.I. No.287
