Supplying, carting, laying & jointing of Rising main of following size & thickness of M.S. ERW Pipe (Grade YST 210) by welding with approved quality ISI marked electrodes including painting of pipe inside and outside with anti corrosive paint in two coats and other appurtenant works such as fixing of air valve, sluice valve, reflux valve at suitable points including making scouring arrangement at suitable locations by fixing tee & gate valve etc. complete and also testing & commissioning of laid pipeline including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

80 mm dia., 4.8 mm thick (Intake to Top CWR)

Supply, carting, laying & jointing of distribution pipe line of following size of G.I. (Medium) pipe confirming to IS 1239 Part I : 2004 including provision of specials and other appurtenant works such as fixing of air valve, sluice valve etc. at suitable points including making scouring arrangement at suitable locations by fixing tee & gate valve etc. complete and also testing & commissioning of laid pipeline including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Excavation of earth for Pipe Line trenches of Clear Water Rising Main and Feeder / Supply Main in following strata requiring the use of special T&P such as Pick Axes, Sabbals etc. or by blasting or by crow bars with a lift up to 1.5 m and lead upto 30 m including refilling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 m from the trenches including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc.

Construction of R.C.C. semi-sunk circular Service Reservoir as per Type design drawing (Upto 30Kl & above 30 Kl capacity Design /Drawing to be provided by contractor) specifications of following capacity along with other appurtenant works, including supply & carting of all material, necessary scaffolding, shuttering and other accessories alongwith construction of 60 cm wide RCC apron around reservoir with drain 15 cm width, supply / fixing of inlet, wash out and outlet pipes, M.S. Manhole Cover, G.I. pipe railing for tank capacity 50 Kl and above, Steel Ladder (inside the tank & Out side (from 10 kl onwards)), supply & fixing of Bucket Type Chlorinator 25 L capacity on top of reservoir, making bye pass arrangement and painting two coat with delux multi surface paint over outer surface and including priming coat cement primer, Testing of reservoir, also supply of all labour, T&P etc. complete.

Design & construction of Pump House of size 5.50 m x 5.0 m x 4.50 m made up of Brick masonry, R.C.C. flat roof, earthquake resistant framed structure,ceiling height as 4.50 m with necessary gantry girder support (column) arrangements at pumping station including painting with Acrylic Smooth exterior painting & distempering in side of P.H. including internal electrification, stair up to roof or required place complete and other appurtenant works as per approved design & drawing by competent authority including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete including cartage of materials

Construction of RCC Boulder Filled Gallery 4 m wide including all appurtenant works , fittngs, supply of all material labour T&P etc complete in all respect.

Supply all material, labour, T&P etc complete and fixing of M.S. Iron Gate (size 2 m x 4m) with pillars as per site condition at source, pump house and top CWR site including painting on surface. (04 Nos. Gate 100 Kg each)

Constructing masonry Chamber of following size inside, in brick work/ stone masonry in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for Sluice/ Reflux/ wheel / Gate / Air valve complete with locking arrangement and RCC top slab or M.H. cover, i/c necessary excavation, base concrete and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3. complete as per standard design, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Design and Construction of Thrust Block of appropriate size 0.60 m x 0.60 m x 0.60 m as per type design.with R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 including necessary reinforcement along the alignment of Clear Water Rising Main also including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Construction of protection works for various structures as per site conditions wherever necessary as follows :-
