Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and frame work including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete in angles / flats / tubes / channels

12 mm thick cement sand plaster 1:4 mix

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Providing and fixing of T/G type imported wood panelling of approved brand incl. 2"x2" frame work and 12mm plywood wherever required including applying one coat of anti termite presevative and two coats of touch wood complete job.

Providing/Fixing of Hi-Rib colour coated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or hooks,bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I.limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approvedSteel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curvedsurface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses andincluding cutting to size and shape wherever required..50MM THICK

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Providing and Laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking pver blocks ,made by block making machine with strong vibratory impaction and of approved size and shape/design laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand,filling the joints with course sand etc.All complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
