Modification & Up gradation of WMW make facing lathe machine for Mechanical Shop dept of RSP as per TS/278/01/24 dated 08.08.2024.

• The bidder should fulfill the following technical eligibility criteria:

1. a) The Bidder should have carried out successful Mechanical reconditioning, up gradation [CNC] & commissioning of any of the following conventional machine:-

i) Lathe Machine with ABC 3000 MM or more.

ii) Horizontal Boring machine with spindle diameter 100 mm or more.

iii) Roll Grinding Machine.

iv) Milling Machine of X axis 800 mm or more, Y Axis 400mm or more, & Z Axis 400 mm or more

v) Plano Miller of Bed length 2000mm or more, width 1000mm or more

vi) Vertical Turning Lathe of chuck diameter 1000mm or more

OR

b) The Machine Tool Manufacturer should have successful production and supply experience of any of the following CNC:-

i) Lathe Machine with ABC 3000 MM or more.

ii) Horizontal Boring machine with spindle diameter 100 mm or more.

iii) Roll Grinding Machine.

iv) Milling Machine of X axis 800mm or more, Y Axis 400mm or more, & Z Axis 400 mm or more

v) Plano Miller of Bed length 2000mm or more, width 1000mm or more

vi) Vertical Turning Lathe of chuck diameter 1000 mm or more

• Firm should have supplied/upgraded any of the machine(s) as in Sl.no. 1.a) OR 1.b) to any Central/ State Govt. Organizations/ PSUs/ Joint Venture company where at least one of the partners shall be Central or State Government organization/ PSU or Public Limited Company in the last 7 (seven) years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is issued.

• 1. The average annual financial turnover* of the bidder should not be less than Rs.60.00 lakhs during last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March’2025.

2. Net worth of the bidder should be positive as per the Audited annual accounts in the latest financial year ending 31st March’2025 considered for turnover.

* The Turnover shall have the meaning as described in section (2) (91) of the Companies Act, 2013 or its subsequent revision.
