Design, Fabrication, Providing, Testing and installing of M.S Gantry with allied works at LIS Thandapani.

Providing and Fitting by way of Installation and testing of gantry at LIS Thandapani on the back and near for Extraction and holding of suction during the purpose of lifting /extraction of foot valves out of the nallah by way of making platform of M.S plate (6 x 10 ft) on the extracting pipes, to be welded on the channels to with stand the pressure. Fabrication of two nos. 6ft columns with 3 inches angles and providing support by welding cross members. Welding of the 2 nos. 6 inches channels of 10 feet length on which the column erected. M.S Plate is to be welded at the foot of the column. Erecting the column at the end of the 6inch channel and fastening with nuts and bolt. Providing cross support to the column, Providing and fitting 12inch long channel at the top of the columns and providing chain pulley block of 2ton capacity to lift the foot valve. Providing/fitting of railing at side of platform. Painting at all the angles, channels etc with one coat of primer and double coat of super enameled anti corrosive paint. The welding is to be done using high good class electrodes. The job including cost of labour, material hire charges of Diesel welding set, welding rods, material transportation and carriage charges and multi-conducted tools required for extraction, etc.as per site condition of LIS Thandapani.
