Shifting, positioning, installation and testing of the following Ductable AC units including connecting all the copper pipe lines cabling etc. including providing of anti-vibrating pads and commissioning of the units duly charging with existing refrigerant gas as directed by engineer in charge with all labour, material, tools and tackles 5.5 TR Outdoor units ------04nos b) 11 TR Indoor units -------02Nos

Servicing of indoor units of 11TR ducatble AC indoor units including replacement of defective parts complete with all labour, tools and tackles as directed by engineer in charge.etc. with all material, labour, tools and tackles as directed by engineer in charge.

Repairing, Reconditioning, Testing and commissioning of existing 5.5 TR condenser unit and including repairing & rewinding of blower fans replacing of bearing etc as required complete with all material, labour, tools and tackles as directed by engineer in charge.

Fixing testing and commissioning of 5.5 TR compressor units in place of existing in the existing outdoor unit complete with all labour, material, tools and tackles as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply, testing and commissioning of 11 TR dual circuit 5.5TR x2 indoor units suitable for ETA make unit consisting of deep DX coils, filter, blower section and drive arrangement, initial charge of refrigerant gas R-22 & oil integral refrigerant piping, expansion valve, electrical panel with controls and duly wired thermostatic control with remote

Providing pressure testing of entire system with nitrogen and vaccuming the nitrogen for all indoor & outdoor units as directed by engineer in charge complete with all labour tools and tackles 11TR x 5 units

S I & T of required dia. (22.2 mm (7/8 ") refrigerant copper pipe for suction & liquid lines with Nitrile rubber insulation, the piping shall be mounted & supported properly with suitable clamps as directed by engineer in charge complete with all labour tools and tackles

S I & T of required Dia 15.9 mm (5/8 ") refrigerant copper pipe for suction & liquid lines with Nitrile rubber insulation, the piping shall be mounted & supported properly with suitable clamps as directed by engineer in charge complete with all labour tools and tackles.

Supply of refrigeration gas R-22 suitable for the existing AC system as directed by Engr. I/c complete with all material labour tools and tackles.

Supply, Installation testing and commissioning of 22 SWG GI duct with required angles, flanges & installation materials such as heavy duty supports by anchor fasteners etc. as directed by engineer in charge Including thermal insulation for Duct., with all labour, material, tools and tackles

Supply and fixing Duct acoustic insulation of thick ness 10-15 mm inside the duct with all backed open cell nitrile duly fixed with adhesives and tapes as directed by Engr. I/c complete with all material labour tools and tackles.

Supply and installation of canvas connection to above Ductable AC’s units complete with all labour, material, tools and tackles as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply /laying/ clamping and connecting of 4 core x 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flexible copper cable for above out door units to indoor unit complete with all labour tools and tackles as directed by engineer in charge. Make: Torrent/KEI/RPG/RR Kabel / Finolex

Supply /laying/ clamping and connecting of 6 core x 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flexible copper cable for above out door units to indoor unit complete with all labour tools and tackles as directed by engineer in charge.Make: Torrent/KEI/RPG/RR Kabel / Finolex

Supply fixing and testing of UPVC drain pipe of Size 32 mm with 6mm thick closed cell nitrite rubber insulation including enlargers, bends, T-joints etc. as directed by Engr. I/c complete with all material labour tools and tackles.

Supply and fixing of false ceiling using Plaster of Paris boards of 10mm thickness with standard GI ceiling angles, sections perimeter channels as required . as directed by Engr. I/c complete with all material labour tools and tackles.

Supply and fixing of trap door made up of 5 ply 6mm thick plywood sheets of Moisture resistance grade as required . as directed by Engr. I/c complete with all material labour tools and tackles.

Cutting of grooves on the Wall / ceilings with machine for laying of pipes / ceiling ducts duly removing of the false ceiling and positioning of the same and making the surface to match with the surroundings after completion as directed by Engr. I/c complete with all labour, tools and tackles as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and providing of P.C.C. 1:3:6 with 20 mm graded granite as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate (220 Kgs of cement per M3of finished concrete) including mixing, depositing in position, tamping, finishing and curing for placement of above Ductable AC outdoor units as directed by engineer in charge including all labour and tools
