Earthwork in excavation for general site grading, roads, embankments, etc. for all heights and depths in all types of soils except soft and hard rock, including clearing and stripping of the areas earmarked for excavation, removing shrubs, grass, bushes, vegetables growth and other objectionable materials, trees up to and inclusive of a girth of 30 cms (girth measured at a height of one meter from ground level) including uprooting of roots, etc. taking spot levels, excavating to required depth, leveling, dressing and consolidating the excavated surface, sorting out the excavated soil into serviceable and unserviceable materials, stacking of serviceable excavated earth within a lead of 100M and disposing the unserviceable materials anywhere outside plant boundary limit (Disposal areas to be arranged by the Client) all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Extra over item no 10 above but for transportation, stacking and leveling of serviceable excavated earth beyond the initial lead of 100m.Up to and inclusive of 5.0 km

Earthwork in excavation and simultaneous filling in all types of soil except soft rock and hard rock for general site grading for all heights and depths including clearing and stripping etc. in excavation areas, removing shrubs, grass, bushes, vegetable growth and other objectionable materials, trees upto and inclusive of a girth of 30 cms. (girth measured at a height of one metre above ground level) including uprooting of roots, etc., dewatering, if necessary, sorting out the excavated soil into serviceable and unserviceable materials in excavation areas and including filling in filling areas with serviceable material for general site grading and roads for all heights and depths to proper levels, slopes, grades and camber including clearing and stripping in filling areas as per specifications, consolidating exposed natural soil to 90% of max. laboratory dry density as per IS:2720 Part-VII, cutting of trees of girth upto and inclusive of 30 cms, removal of vegetation, breaking clods, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cms loose thickness, watering, ramming and compacting with power road rollers to give at least 90% of max. laboratory dry density, dressing, leveling, testing, etc (Measurement shall be taken in the cutting area only.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120vgrams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600mm)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in : cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150mm/230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs, edgings etc. as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering, shuttering complete. 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). All works upto plinth level

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete.

Supplying and installation of threaded anchor fasteners of 16mm dia, of length upto 300mm, made of zinc-plated steel with a grade of 5.8 with the help of epoxy resin mortars FIS EM Plus. The rate includes all accessories, etc. all complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Supplying and applying 1.5 mm EPDM rubbergard membrane in horizontal surface waterproofing of stitching slab consisting of Ist layer of with 150 gsm geotextile polyester membrane on bottom, laying EPDM membrane 1.5 thick minimum width 9 meter roll, or large as possible to minimize the number of joints.( This 9 meter Jumbo Roll should go through vulcansation process in an automated assembly system for curing . No manuel jointing up to 9 meter should be done.) As second layer jointed with quick seam tape, quick seam primer for jointing, form flash, adhesive, top layer 300 GSM geotextile polyester e i/c overlap, complete as per manufacturer's specifications. ( Protection concrete 50 mm thick to be applied by the civil contractor, in not in waterproofing scope.) . 500 mm of EPDM RubberGard is left extra throughout outside the raft area. this is to join the membrane with the vertical treatment.

Supplying and applying 1.1 mm EPDM rubbergard membrane in vertical surface waterproofing of wall consisting of Ist layer EPDM membrane with overlap with bonding adhesive, quick seam tape, quick seam primer for jointing, form flash, i/c overlap, complete as per manufacturer's specifications. Rates are includes providing and fixing HDPE protection board on vertical surfaces with adhesives i/c cost of overlaps @ 10% as protection of waterproofing.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.)

Deployment & operation of Hydraulic Excavator (Crawler mounted) of bucket capacity of at least 0.32 cum including supply of necessary fuel & operator for the same, tools and tackles, PPEs etc. for collection of earth, debris / waste materials etc., and loading in the Tipper (The job has to be carried out for minimum 8 hours in a day)

Deployment & operation of Hydraulic Excavator (Crawler mounted) of bucket capacity of at least 0.65 cum including supply of necessary fuel & operator for the same, tools and tackles, PPEs etc. for collection of earth, debris / waste materials etc., and loading in the Tipper (The job has to be carried out for minimum 8 hours in a day)

Deployment & operation of Hydraulic Excavator (Tyre mounted) including supply of necessary fuel & operator for the same, tools and tackles, PPEs etc. for collection of earth, debris / waste materials etc., and loading in the Tipper (The job has to be carried out for minimum 8 hours in a day)

Deployment & operation of Tipper / Dumper (capacity: 18 cum)including supply of necessary fuel & operator for the same, tools and tackles, PPEs etc. for loading of earth, debris / waste materials etc., and unloading for disposal to the designated disposal area inside the Refinery boundary as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge. (The job has to be carried out for minimum 8 hours in a day)
