Head board and foot board have curved profile at the top made of MS ERW round tubes of thickness 1.2mm & dia 31.75 mm. Head board and leg board is further strengthened by 3 vertical pipes each of thickness 1.2 mm and dia of 19mm & 1 each Horizontal pipe of thickness 1.2mm and dia of 25.4mm of equal height. Lying surface is made of 8 bend panel of CRCA sheet of thickness 0.80mm mm. This 8 bend panel is further strengthened on the longitudinally edges by welding full length with the help of C shaped metal channel section. Middle of 8 bend panel is strengthened by 5 L shaped stiffeners. lying surface is strengthened by trapezoidal contour (rounded corner) 10 nos, embossed cut out. All metal components is pre treated with zinc phosphating and then powder coated with epoxy polyester powder coating. Goods are supplied in knocked down construction to reduce carbon emission. To ensure quid quality welding " Co2 Argon" process is adhered to. Neoprene rubber with reinforced metal washer is used for leg shoes. Head board and leg board are connected to mattress platform thru L bracket at 4 corners to ensure rigidity, with the help of zinc plated screws. Maximum safe working load is 135 kg.
