Outsourcing services for manning and operation of E/M installations (Power House/DG set) at CG DHQ-4 by depolying skilled Operators in three shifts, each shift of 08 Hours including sunday and holidays by employing man power as given below for the entire system including attending complaints, maintain necessary records and documents as per standard practices including carrying out periodical maintenance of installation and day to day maintenance complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:- Details of Installations (Main Power house) (i) Tranformer 11000/433 Volt 315 KVA - 01 No (ii) HT OCB 11000 Volts 400 Amps -01 No (iii) APFC Panel 170 KVAR - 01 No (iv) LT panels including incomming/outgoings complete (v) LT Panel with Control Room HQ Building-01 No (vi) DG set 75 KVA - 01 No (vii) Metering Unit - 01 No (viii) Street Light/Security light complete area. Shift Timings Shift I : 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (01 Electrican) Shift II : 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (01 Electrican) Shift III : 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs (01 Electrican) Notes for item Nos.1&2: (i) The rate quoted is inclusive for attending all complaints of internal/external electrification and water supply break down including liaison with KSEB to restore supply incase of break down/failure of supply. (ii) The duty Electrician shall have all required tools, safety equipments for attending all types of emergency electric complaints in the entire station and the rate quoted for the this item is deemed to be inclusive of the same. (iii) The rate quoted shall be for One Electrician in each shift.

Outsourcing services for manning and operation of E/M installations (Pump House/Fire Fighting System) for CGDHQ-4 Fortkochi by depolying skilled Operators in three shifts, each shift of 08 Hours duty including sunday and holidays by employing man power as given below for the entire system including attending complaints, maintain necessary records and documents as per standard practices including carrying out periodical maintenance of installation and day to day maintenance complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:- Details of Installations (Pump House) (i) Deisel driven Pump set 32.6 KW-01 No (ii) Main Fire Pump 40 HP-01 No (iii) Jockey pump 7.5 HP-01 No (iv) Centrifugal pump set 03 HP-02 Nos (fresh water) (v) Centrifugal pump set 03 HP-02 Nos (Raw water) (vi) Monoblock Pump set 3 HP-04 Nos ( in diffrent locations inside the CG DHQ-4 Complex) (vii) Monoblock pump set 1.0/0.5 HP - 02 Nos (viii) LT Control panel and connected Operating system of diffrent pumpsets (ix) Arrest any overflow in the overhead Service tanks of entire complex. Shift Timings Shift I : 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (01 FGM) Shift II : 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (01 FGM) Shift III : 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs (01 FGM) Three (03) FGM per day(01 No FGM in each shift) as above shall be deployed. Accordingly the duty roaster to be submitted by the contractor before commencement of month. NOTE: The rate quoted shall be for One FGM in each shift.

Notes for Item Nos. 3 & 4 :- (i) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of attending all complaints of internal/external water supply break down including liaison with Water Supply Department to restore supply incase of break down/failure of supply. (ii) The duty FGM shall have all required tools, safty equipements for attending all type of emergency complaints in the entire station (The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same). (iii) The FGM shall collect FOL for the DG Set and Diesel Engine dirven fire fighting pumpsets from MES FOL Store/CG FOL Store and fill the respective DG Sets. The rate quoted shall include required arrangement of required Transport, empty battery/containers, and manpower for shifting and keeping accountability as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing services for Valveman for operating valves and arrest any overflow of service tanks/fire tanks in diffrent buildings in the entire complex of CG DHQ-4, Fortkochi in one shift of 08 Hours duty including sunday and holidays by employing man power as given below for the entire system including attending minor repair works, rectificatin of any leakages, clearing/cleaning of all valve pits, etc. all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:- Shift Timing Shift I : 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (01 Valve man) Note:- (i) The duty Valve man shall have all required tools, safty equipements for attending all type of emergency complaints in the entire station and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same. (ii) The rate quoted shall be for One Valveman in each shift.
