M&L for preparation of existing bituminous surfaces, removing, dust, dirt grease and other foregion matters etc to receive the markign and M&L for thermo plastic (Reflective) line, dashes, arrows, letters etc of following size wide marking, having 2.5 mm thickness (average) of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part 1) 1989 read in conjunction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/yelow clour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with and MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed:- Note: - MOST specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE.

S&F in repair Road stud (Cat eye) of size 100x90x18 mm body made of ABS dynamically designed very high impact strength non breakable polycarbonate with electronically welded prismatic retro-reflective lence on both sides for maximum retro-reflection in wet and dry condition. Body shall be dust proof i.e non dust accumulation on lense and space shall be built for finger grip, including fixing with bitumen adheshive BT-69 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye (Studs) of size 125x125x25mm (Shank 60mm) with aluminium alloy shall high efficiency mono-Crystalline solar panel 24.V/0.30 watt having one Ni-Mh or Ni-Cd rechargeble battery (1.2v/1600MA). Six super bright LEDs with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd (Mil Candela) having flash rate 2 Hz and bearable weight 10 tons approx with view distance upto 1,000 meters of any colour i.e yellow, red, blue, green or white as required at site working temp 10-50 degree celcius, working time 3 to 4 days after fully charged battery, charging time 5 to 6 hrs from direct sun light maintenance free, unbreakable, poly caarbonate clear facing, automatically turn on at night and turn off at day including all fixing arrangements as per amnufacturer's instuctions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair metal tubular delinator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos. 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embeding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm ) type B1 using 20 mm graded agg complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete at or near ground level along the road side in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening and demolition of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rubber moulded coloured glossy finish chequered cement concrete tiles, ISI Marked, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) for following size of tile complete all as specified and as directed:-

M&L for 80 mm thick coloured rubber moulded glossy finish machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, M-40 Grade with grey cement & pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with and including over 40mm thick sand cushining, 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 including demolition of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates, as in roof kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post hole (or similar holes) in any type of soil each n. exc 0.5 cum (size 600mm x 600mm x 600mm), getting out, filled with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 for fixing of MS pipe and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair convex mirror of 600mm dia and made up of polycarbonate material provided with and including 75mm dia MS pipe post of 2700mm height duly powder coated with adjustable fixing brackets for MS Pipe used for road turning, intersections, curves T Junctions Hospital, Parking lots etc and also ideal for surveillance with clear & definite mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle with unbreakable & strong mirror as approved complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Retro Reflective sign boards of pentagon shape having each side of 900 mm as approved by GE with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in green and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of Stainless Steel rectangular shape 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos.Stainless steel rectangular pipe of size 35x35x3mm to a vertical post made up to SS rectangular pipe of size 50x50x5 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing SS message plate of required size,Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and as approved complete all as specified and directed.
