Annual maintenance Contract (AMC) for maintenance and servicing of Air Dryers of Uran Plant, Uran through OEM, M/s Indcon Projects

Lump sum price for job of "Annual maintenance Contract (AMC) for three years for maintenance and servicing of Air Dryers (70-X-703A/B/C) of Uran Plant ,Uran through OEM, M/s Indcon Projects & Equipment Ltd." for the entire Scope of Work as per Bidding Documents including addendum(s), if any. The bidder should quote lump sum price inclusive of GST and all other taxes and duties as applicable, payable on material & services including transportation, insurance and loading-unloading charges up to the worksite etc. Note: The evaluation of bids will be on lumpsum basis although the contract will be executed on item rate basis as per actual job requirement at site.

Laws, Acts, Rules, Regulations, etc. and the tariffs thereof considered by the bidder while estimating the incidence of GST etc., considered and included in the bidder’s Lump sum price quoted above, as per relevant provisions of General Conditions of Contract to be used for the purpose of adjustment to the contract price in the event of change in law in terms of relevant clause of General Conditions of Contract are as under:
