Dismantling cement concrete pavement by manually / mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
Disposal of rubish obtained from dismantling of road for a distance of 8 KM by mechanical means including its loading, unloading but excluding its stacking
Excavation of earth mechanical means / manually depth upto 1.5 mt. Below G.L. for laying of sewer line, manholes, Gully pits, Chambers, sumps etc. in ordinary soil(earth,sand loam and clay) including cutting of joints, pits, trimming, dressing, levelling refilling of trenches in 20 cm layers,watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled material up to a distance of 50 meters from the center of trenches. Excavation in soil mixed with morum, shingle, kankar requaring use of specials T&P. if required

Carting of excavated earth to identified place and recarting the same by head load where sufficient width of road is not available for stacking of excavated earth average lead 120 mtr.
Bailing out or pumping out water / liquid mud during trench execavation. This includes providing necessary fuel, labour T&P etc. required for proper running of well point equipment of required capacity for lowering the water table during excavation and laying of sewers.

Provide & fix open timbering (covering1/3rd of surface area by planks), in trenches for the depth upto 3 mt. Below ground level consisting of 40mm thick approved country wood planks for poling board 125mm × 75mm Indian Salwood walers and 100mm dia Sal ballies for strurts at 1.50m c/c including removal after laying of sewer both sides of trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payments & measurements i.e. area equals to length x depth of trenches. Dismantled timbering materials will be the property of the contractor.
a) 1.5- 3.0 mtr B.G.L.
Provide & fix close timbering in trenches for the depth from 3-6 mt. Below ground level consisting of 50mm thick country wood planks 150mmx75mm indian salwood walers and 125mm dia sal ballie for strurts at 1.50m percent including removal after laying of sewer(both sides of trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payments & measurements i.e. area equals to length x depth of trenches. Dismantled timbering materials will be the property of the contractor.
a) 3.0-6.0 mtr B.G.L.
Dismantling of old RCC pipe sewer with due care so as to avoid damages to the sewers stacking of useful materials near the site with 50 m lead and disposal of unserviceable materials For following size.

Providing and laying of Granual bedding with well graded crushed rocks or gravel mixed size (upto 20mm size) including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work

Supply of all material, labour and T&P to provide the barricading along trench during excavation and laying of pipe with eucalyptus ballies of 100mm dia in horizontal section in two rows and vertical post of 125 mm dia at 2 m C/C fastened with Nariyal rope including provision of caution board.
Provision for crossing sewers through existing drains coming across the alignment of sewer including making it good after laying the pipe.
Provision for shifting and reinstatement of domestic sewage supply line upto 250 mm dia in the alignment including all material, labour and T&P etc.
Provision for shifting and reinstatement of domestic water supply connection in the alignment including all material, labour and T&P etc.
Supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. and construct brick masonry manhole of following sizes as per drawing attached. Bed concrete of manhole will be in cement concrete 1:4:8, brick masonry in cement mortar in 1:5, channel and benching in PCC 1:2:4, 12 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on both external and internal face, plaster to be finished smooth with a coat of neat cement on internal side, disposal of surplus soil, fixing of foot step, manhole cover with frame for following size of manhole:-
900 mm dia. of manhole upto 1.65 m depth
1200 mm dia. manhole upto 2.30 m depth
1500 mm dia. manhole upto 3.00 m depth

Bed concrete of manhole will be in cement concrete 1:4:8, RCC in M-20 grade, brick masonry in cement mortar in 1:5, channel and benching in PCC 1:2:4, 12 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on both external and internal face, plaster to be finished smooth with a coat of neat cement on internal side, disposal of surplus soil, fixing of foot step, manhole cover with frame for following size of manhole:-

Supply of electronic tracer for manhole
Provide all material & construct House connecting chamber of Brick masonry with 150 mm RCC NP-3 pipe including excavation, 150 mm thick PCC of M15 in foundation. 12mm thick inside and outside plastering with CM (1:3), finished with PCC M15 flooring of 200 mm thick as per drawings, including covering of chamber by supplying and fixing MH cover 560 mm Ø. House connecting chamber of 600 mm x 600 mm x 800 mm sizes.:-
Addition or Substraction due to variation in Shaft for theBrick masonry house connecting chamber of size 600 mm x 600 mm
Supply and fixing in position RCC Precast house connecting chamber of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 800 mm for making connection with 150 mm RCC NP-3 pipe including excavation including covering of chamber by supplying and fixing MH cover 560 mm.
