PANEL BOARDS

Supplying, Conveyance, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Self supported, free standing powder coated cubicle type Main Switch Board ,Switch Boards and Sub Switch Boards fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA components, chemically treated and powder coated with approved shade. The panel construction with cable entry facility at both top and bottom, cable alley, switchgear compartment, meter chamber, C.T chamber, busbar chamber etc. shall be fully segregated and compartmentalized.Shrouding of live parts shall be with 3 mm FRP and two fastener screws and chamber partition at dropper connection with 6 mm FRP Control wiring shall be with 2.5 sq.mm copper cables of 1100 volts grad for C.T leads and 1.5 sq.mm for voltage leads.

Removable gland plates shall be made made out of 3mm thick sheet steel.2 A SP MCB shall be mounted on DIN rail. Doors shall be provided with 4 sq.mm flexible copper earth leads. Knock - outs of proper diameter shall be provided on glanding plates. The height of the operating handle of any switch gear shall not be more than 1.8 meters or less than 0.6 mtrs from bottom level of the switch board, type of construction form 4B for Main Switch Boards and other sub panels shall be form 3A. GA drawings for all the panels before manufacturing shall be submitted to the Electrical Inspectorate for getting approval before manufacturing.

POINT WIRING

Supply & Wiring of light points, fan points, 6A socket outlets using 20mm medium gauge PVC conduit conforming to IS 9537/1983 Part III in concealed/surface wiring system with all accessories and with 3 runs of 1.5 sq.mm FRLS insulated copper wire with modular type switches, non-metallic outer and inner cover, suitable GI metal boxes, saddles, junction boxes, bends, other accessories, ceiling roses, etc complete in all respect. The point wiring shall be terminated in a terminal block inside the junction box with bakalite battenholder. Rate shall exclude the cost of circuit mains from DB to switch boxes & looping between switch box using 2 x 2.5 sqmm + 1 x 1.5 sqmm FRLS wires in 20mm dia PVC conduit..(*Points up to 6mtrs are included in this scope of work and further increase in length will be measured in circuits.)

MS STRUCTURALS

Supplying of 6mm thick MS chequered plates duly painted. Plates to be cut size as per site requirement.

DG EXHAUST PIPING

Providing 100 mm DIA MS Pipe (4 Inch ) DG Exhaust Pipe using B class medium MS Pipe with all necessary accessories like flanges Bend , Nut Bolt etc. as required and painting the same using Heat resistant Aluminum paints.

Providing 150 mm DIA MS Pipe (6 Inch ) DG Exhaust Pipe using B class medium MS Pipe with all necessary accessories like flanges Bend , Nut Bolt etc. as required and painting the same using Heat resistant Aluminum paints.

Providing thermal insulation of exhaust line glass wool with Al. Sheet, chicken mesh with all necessary accessories like MS Angle supports, screws etc

MISCELLANEOUS

Supplying, Fixing 5 Kg. Dry Chemical Powder type Fire Extinguisher with hose and clamps including fixing it to wall as required.

Supplying, Fixing 4 nos 9 Litre capacity GI Fire Bucket with angle frame stand painted in post office red with primer coat of red oxide and written with white paint 'FIRE' mounted on MS angle frame work/ wall bracket filled with fine sand, painting the bracket/ floor stand including making good the damages, color washing etc. as required.
