Designing of Airfield Ground Lighting System as per ICAO - Annexure 14 / DGCA CAR for the area under this scope of work comprising the following: i) Lighting Lay out. ii) Mandatory and information Sign lay out and individual board design. iii) Prmary and secondary cable layout iv) Circuit design as per existing ALCMS ( Make : Honeywell) and the airport requirement. v) Load calculation and CCRs capacity determinations. vi) Quantification of various elements like fittings, cables and Isolating transformers etc. It also includes GPS based co-ordinates by using total station and preparation of GFC drawing for approval and identifying the locations of light fixtures for light installation as pe the approved GFC drawing, preparing of as built drawing wiht GPS co-ordinates and submission of reports / drawings in AUTOCAD, PDF, Hard copies etc. as required and as per directions of the Engineer In charge.

Supply of Inset, bi-directional, Medium intensity, suitable for ICAO CAT I & II & III all weather operation, FAA Approved or its model variant for ICAO compliant, LED TAXIWAY CENTRE LINE fitting for straight / Curve section ( as per the design), complete with lamps, driver, cable lead with plug, prism assembly, optical assembly, "O" ring seal, hardware and all standard accessories, ready for site installation along with shallow base as per site requirement etc. complete as required. It shall be compatible to exisitng ALCMS ( Honeywell). (For Curve / staright Section, Green / Green or Green / Yellow as per the site requirment / design) Bi directional Taxiway Centre Line fitting (Curved) (Green/Green)

It shall be compatible to exisitng ALCMS ( Honeywell). (For Curve / staright Section, Green / Green or Green / Yellow as per the site requirment / design) Bi directional Taxiway Centre Line fitting (Straight) (Green/Green)

Supply of Inset, omni-directional, Medium intensity, suitable for ICAO CAT I & II & III all weather operation, FAA Approved or its model variant for ICAO compliant, LED TAXIWAY Edge Light fitting, complete with lamps, driver, cable lead with plug, prism assembly, optical assembly, "O" ring seal, hardware and all standard accessories, ready for site installation along with shallow base as per site requirement etc. complete as required. It shall be compatible to exisitng ALCMS ( Honeywell). (For TWY edge light / tunrpad edge light/ apron edge light : omnidirectional blue)

Supply of Inset, uni-directional, Yellow, Medium intensity, suitable for ICAO CAT I & II & III all weather operation, FAA Approved or its model variant for ICAO compliant, LED Intermediate Holding Position fitting, complete with lamps, driver, cable lead with plug, prism assembly, optical assembly, "O" ring seal, hardware and all standard accessories, ready for site installation along with shallow base as per site requirement etc. complete as required. It shall be compatible to exisitng ALCMS ( Honeywell).

SITC of FAA Approved or its model variant for ICAO compliant, LED type Guidance signage board of various sizes made of anodized 2 mm thick Aluminum framewith suitable angle support and 1.5 mm thick Aluminum backcover 4 mm thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free front face, screen printed (on inside screen) letter and symbol with required colouring.

Supply of FAA certitifed model or its variant for earthed application, 5000 V , 50 HZ, series Isolating Transformer ( earthed) 65 watt, 6.6 A / 6.6 A for AGL application, suitable for power line communication existing ALCMS.

Supply of following size (s), FAA certified 5 KV grade, multi stranded tinned copper conductor, XLPE insulated, tinned copped braid shielded ( maximum sheild resitance shall not be more than 5 ohm / KM at ambient temperature of 50 degree Centigrade) anti termite and anti rodent, single core and with inner and outer semi conductor, halogen free, underground cable for airfield lighting etc. complete as required. a) 6 sq mm

Supply of FAA certified 2C x 4 sq.mm. 600V grade flexible annealed tinned copper conductor secondary cable for Airport lighting circuits etc. complete as required.

Supply of Fire retardant Yellow/Green 4 sq mm Single Core PVC Insulated Industrial Grade Copper Conductor (Unsheathed) Flexible Cables, of 450/750 V confirming to BS 6004:2000 or upto 1100 Volts confirming to IS 694:1990 .

Supply of following sizes(s) FAA certified, 5 KV grade dry type plug and receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for shielded airfield cable cable with firm earth continuity for ALCM / ILCMS etc. complete as required. a) 6 sq. mm

Supply of FAA certified Secondary connector kit suitable for connection 2X 4 sq mm multi stranded annealed conductor, unshielded secondary airfield lighting cables etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 1 run X 50 mm dia (OD), UV stabilized, HDPE pipe (PE- 63, PN-6) as per IS - 4984 and IS marked with uptodate ammendment along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting, cuttings, jointing etc. below the ground (i/c Road crossing ,Cement concrete Apron Area, Runway, taxiway) at a depth upto 6 m through horizontal directional drilling etc. complete as required after doing Ground Penetrating radar survey and submitting its report etc.complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 1 run X 50 mm dia (OD), UV stabilized, HDPE pipe (PE- 63, PN-6) as per IS - 4984 and IS marked with uptodate ammendment along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting, cuttings, jointing and laying the same in the existing trench/soil/gravel area/alongwith PQC work complete as required.

Design, Fabrication, supply & installation of MS isolating transformer housing box of size 750mm x 350 mm x 450 mm ( H) made out 6 mm thick MS sheet and top cover 10 mm thick MS sheet ( counter shunk fitting ) including transfomer and ASD rust proof hanging arrangement to maintain ASD separation, suitable holes for drain, primary and secondary cabling etc.. All inserts should be suitable for M-10 size bolt i/c supply of M 10 SS Bolt including painting of box with one coat of primer & two coats of black enamel paint and installation with civil concrete work / existing trench / in soil / gravel along with making suitable slope to level of runway / taxiway all around the housing box as per DGCA requirement and painting, lettering, numbering, earth termination etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed armoured / unarmoured aluminium / copper conductor AFL / power cable of voltage grade exceeding 1.1 KV but not exceeding 11 KV of size not exceeding 25 sq. mm. in the cable duct / masonary trench / RCC / HUME / METAL / GI / HDPE pipes etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess or along with cable / pipe for loop earthing etc. as required.

Making connection of 5 KV grade , 6 Sq mm Copper conductor Screened cable with plug & receptacle i/c copper earth continutity wire for screen etc. complete as required as per installation manual of the OEM.

Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface of depth upto 70 mm and width upto 20 mm, using expansion joints / construction joints as far as possible,cleaning, drying, disposing FODs including laying 1 or 2 nos secondary lead along with earth cables by wrapping cotton tape, providing polysulphide, primar, backer rod etc. complete as required along with arranging water bowser, mobile DG sets etc. whatever necessary to work in a operational airport.

Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface of depth upto 95 mm and width upto 20 mm, using expansion joints / construction joints as far as possible,cleaning, drying, disposing FODs including laying 3 or 4 nos secondary lead along with earth cables by wrapping cotton tape, providing polysulphide, primar, backer rod etc. complete as required along with arranging water bowser, mobile DG sets etc. whatever necessary to work in a operational airport.

Making end termination of 2X 4 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor secondary airfield lighting cables with secondary connector kit (plug and receptacle) etc complete as required as per OEM manual.

Installation of 8" or 200 mm dia inset fittings including Core Cutting in the PCC/Bitumen Area, providing base grout ( netromotor S) and quick setting grout ( Dobefil), jigs for fixing shallow can, levelling, alligning, hammer drill, core cutting machine, chisel, water bowser and mobile DG, positioing, connection, interconections, earthing, fittings , fixings, numbering etc. as required as per the OEM installation manual, coordinating with existing ALCMS ( Honeywell) requirement and direction of the EIC.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including form work etc. as required as per the site condition.

Excavation of hard rock / concrete not exceeding 1.5 metres in width and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated rocks / concrete and disposal of excavated materials as directed within a lead of 1 KM.

Providing of one no vehicle ( Bolero/Scorpio/Sumo with AC along with driver, POL for monthly run upto 1800 KM i.e all expense paid for 10 hours a day any time as per site work requirement and one work assitant with 2 years GLF experience with computer & printer for 6 days a week etc. complete as required.

Supply & fabrication of Cable Chamber with M.S. Tubular section /M.S. Square section /M.S. Plates i/c cutting to required length, welding & fixing the members to RCC/Brick structure/Pre-fabricated structure with anchor fastners as per releavent drawing and direction by the Engg. -in-Charge and as required at site.

SITC of single channel Automatic Switching Device (ASD) V4+ compitable to the existing ALCMS / ILCMS and LED fittings supplied for single lamp monitoring etc. complete as required.

Modification of the existing ALCMS for integration of new AGL fittings of G-Taxiway in the existing ALCMS of NSCBI Airport, Kolkata, including creation of new Graphics and provision of all required hardwares for completion of the work as required or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
