Replacement of defective SPD installed in the existing panel by Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Three Phase modular type Surge Protection Device (CLASS- B,1,Stage-1/primary) with minimum lightning impulse current (Iimp) of 100KA (10/350 micro seconds) neutral to earth, 50 KA (10/350 micro sec) line to neutral ,limiting voltage less than 1.5 KV,to be installed in parrallel at the mains panel of power entry point including making connection of surge protection device in parallel to the busbar of the main electrical panel using 16 Sq mm single core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cables, in IP55 grade powder coated metal enclosure with 63 Amp. service / bypass changeover switch, on the mains power entry point at the incomers including all accessories such as suitable rating , MCBs, making end terminations, fixing/mounting arrangement of SPD , dismantling of existing defective SPD ,modifications in the existing panels by cutting the section,wiring/cable connection modification if required as per the site requirement etc complete as required as per enclosed specification.

Replacement of defective MOV based Series Power Filter installed in the existing panel by Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 32 Amps Multistage 1 phase Series Power Filter with neutral protection with MOV 40 KA + 25 KA rating in IP55 grade Powder coated metal enclosure with a 63 Amps service/ bypass changeover switch and 16 Sq mm single core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cables for inter connection, end termination,MCB, fixing/mounting arrangement, of complete assembly to be installed at input of the UPS/Voltage stabilizer in series,dismantling of existing defective MOV based Series Power Filter ,modifications in the existing panels by cutting the section,wiring/cable connection modification if required as per the site requirement etc.complete as required as per enclosed specification.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Isolation Transformer of Single Phase 5 kVA rating as per the technical specification etc complete as required.

Providing chemical earthing by using ISOGEL earth enhanced compound of 20 kgs, advanced chemical earth ISOROD made with copper tube of 2.5” dia, 8 fts long, 1.6 mm thick installed vertically or horizontally as per the site conditions complete with flanges bends top cover heavy duty plastic inspection chamber including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Making suitable size hole in existing MS transformer housing box with approx. 10mm thickness by gas cutting machine, suitable for connecting the 40 mm dia HDPE pipe including plugging of the extra opening by using suitable waterproof sealant/adhesive etc complete as required.

Laying of HDPE pipe of 40 mm minimum outer dia in runway shoulder by cutting the existing concrete/bitumin (upto 75 mm width & 200 mm depth) by using appropriate tools like core cutting machine ,cutter, breaker, microtrenching machine as suited best to avoid any damge to runway/shoulder and making the same good using the suitable material like concrete/bitumin/polysulphide adhesive /sealant as applicable & approved by E.I.C, maintaining the same existing slope of the shoulder after laying of the HDPE pipe complete etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing precast earthing chamber with size of 450X450X300 mm made of concrete of M15 grade with suitable MS cover plate, loacking arrangment with one no of suitable hole to accommodate the 40mm dia. HDPE pipe , watering pipe with charcoal/ coke and salt etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.l. wire on surface or in recess or on cable tray for loop earthing along with existing cable as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of 400 A Change over switch along with Metal Enclosure and required bus bar to terminate the 400 Sq.mm cable as incomer (02 nos) and 400 Sq.mm Cable as outgoing complete as required.

Supply of 2KVA single phase 230V online UPS system alongwith in built Battery with 30 minute back up complete as required.

Supply and fixing of outdoor type PVC / metal feeder Pillar with stand suitable to house 01 no 2 kVA online UPS alongwith Battery and Supply & fixing of Suitable MCB and termination of cable of size 3x4 sq.mm cable at Apron area complete as required.

Providing 4 wheel Trolley mounted outdoor Mobile DG Set along with canopy of 25 KVA capacity complying the CPCB standards complete as required.

SITC of IP 65 , whether proof FRP type pole mounted PVC cable termination Junction box including 25sq mm 5 Nos. Terminal with 1 no 6A SP MCB & 2 Nos. Pole Mounting Clamp , suitable size 4 pole aluminium busbar to terminate 2 nos of 4 x 25 Sq. mm XLPE aluminum armoured cable (Loop in/ loop out cable) , suitable size MS clamps with nut bolts for fixing arrangement of junction box on pole complete as required.
