Repairs Replacement to Area Drainage, Cover Slab, Cattle Trap and Culvert at Technical Area at INS Kalinga, Visakhapatnam

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete [reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition] of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or Stone / Boulder Masonry, built in Cement Mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cleaning / Desilting of Drains [Covered or Open] of any cross section and in any condition [including foul condition] by removing Silt, Grit, Mud, Debris, Sludge deposits, Pebbles, Large Stones of any shape with necessary dewatering by mechanical pump if required and temporary diversion of drain water as required including disposal of Spoil to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m including removing and replacing cover slabs for smooth flow of water complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work shall be executed as and when required basis / urgent basis for smooth flow of traffic without damaging or disturbing the existing road.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2 [using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate] in surface channels and drains including forming fair finished drain or channel of any inner girth using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stooped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain / Reinforced cement concrete Type B1 [Nominal Mix] 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate Cast in Situ in Lintels up to 1.5m Span, Cills, Steps, Seismic and Other Similar Bands, Plinth Courses, String Courses, Lacing Courses, Parapets and Railings up to 60 cm in Height, Copings, Kneelers, Apex Stones, Bed Plates including Weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing Precast RCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Landings, Cover Slabs [for Manholes etc], Chullah Hoods, Chajjas, Water Troughs, Mangers, Shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 9 above but except Stone complete all as specified and directed.
