Cleaning of blockage of Indian/European type water closet by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by opening the inspection eye by using cleaning rod etc till clear flow of water is observed and finally cleaning the water closet by flush of water complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage of floor trap/nahani trap/waste pipe of wash hand basin/sink/bath rooms/kitchen by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed and refixing the grating in CM (1:3) including testing by pouring the water until smooth flow, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of sewage line (drain pipe) from manhole or from cleaning eyes or from inspection chamber towards septic tank / soak well by roding, watering and removing the solid /liquid sludge and foreign materials completely from inside pipe and depositing in a excavated pit to a distance exceding 50 m where directed includingnecessary returing filling and removing of surfalus soil if any after deposting sludge for 100 mm bore of pipe and below sprinking , blenching powder around and surrounding areas of the deposting areas, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 03 here-n-before but for 150 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of septic tanks/manholes soak well etc by de-watering and setting out liquied sludge or any foreign materials from inside and removing to a distance exc. 100 mtr and depositing in a excavated pits to a distance exc. 100 mtr where dirrected including necessary returning filling and removing of surplus soil if any after depositing sludge and sprinkling of bleaching powder all around of pit/ pits, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 05 here-in-before but dense sludge complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick works built in cement mortar including all quoins pillars arches etc including PCC benching/coping etc complete all specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius in CM 1:4 using old size brick, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 8 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Old serviceable bricks shall be obtained from Sr item No. 7

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 including mixing with WPC @ 3% of weight of cement as per manufactures instuction, on fair faces brick or concrete surfaces of wall including surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type C2,1:3:6 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path etc finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns ect rough finished surface of concrete square, rectangular on plan or polygonal, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including, cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming to IS: 1786 complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per item No 15 here-in-before but 5mm to 10mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg ) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint including priming plastered and other surfaces with one coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
