Removing unserviceable ply top and S&F new plywood top of size 1980mm x 900mm x 12mm thick BWR grade ISI marked. Top shall be fitted with appropriate sizes of nuts and bolts with washer including tightning, as specified in Drg and directed.

Removing of damaged/broken long rail from charpoy GI pipe and S&F new long rail made out of GI Pipe 32mm bore (ISI marked) medium grade including threading both sides & fixing in Charpoy all as specified in Drg & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing of old damaged/broken short rail from Charpoy and making of short rail from old u/s long rail (retervied from ser item No 1.02 above) including threading & fixing in charpoy GI Pipe all as specified in Drg & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing of old damaged/broken leg from charpoy and making leg from old u/s short rail (retervied from ser item No 1.03 above) including threading and S&F 6mm MS plate in bottom and 25 x 3 mm of MNF clamp (2 Nos each leg) to be welded with legs & fixing in charpoy GI Pipe all as specified in Drg & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing of old broken/damaged check nuts and S&F new check nuts of 32 mm dia heavy duty to Charpoy GI pipe all as specified in Drg & directed by Engr-In-Charge

Removing old broken/damaged GI elbow, 3 way, 32 mm bore and S&F new GI elbow, 3 way, 32mm bore (ISI marked) to Charpoy GI pipe all as specified in Drg & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing damed/broken welding supports from charpoy GI pipe 32mm and S&F new welding support of 40 x 6 mm flat iron, 850mm long including applying two coats of silver enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to Bed Hard Steel (FD/MAP-II/08(R))

M&L for removal of u/s plywood of bed in any position, S&F new plywood 12mm thick, BWR grade, ISI marked including fixing with suitable size screw & cup washer in position all as shown on drg and specified.

M&L for retightning of loose components of bed including welding where ever required on joints, replacement of old nuts & bolts where ever required and touching up on welded points with synthetic enamel paint of same colour/shade all as shown on Drg & directed.

M&L for removal of prelaminated particle board Headrest of Bed, and, S&F new 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade mallamine faced veneered both side decorated (ISI Marked) with 4mm thick teak wood beading of suitable size including fixing in position with screws & washers, complete all as shown on drg and directed.

M&L for removal of prelaminated particle board Footrest of Bed, and, S&F new 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade mallamine faced veneered both side decorated (ISI Marked) with 4mm thick teak wood beading of suitable size including fixing in position with screws & washers, complete all as shown on drg and directed.

Repair to Charpoy IP Hard Top FD/MAP-II/01

Removing of old/unsv ply wood from charpoy and S&F new 12mm thick plywood, BWR grade, ISI marked to the top of charpoy IP of appropriate size including fixing to charpoy using nuts, bolts and washers as shown on drg complete all as specified in drg and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces by scraping/rubbing with sand paper and filling depressions with putty where ever required and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade complete including tightnig all as specified in drg and directed.

REPAIR TO Chairs, Bin Soiled Linen etc (Drg Nos FD-203, 226, 202, 256, 279, 250, 280, 244, 70(M), 229 & 204)

Re-caning of Chairs, Bin Soiled Linen etc (except Chair Verandah) with 2mm wide & 0.4mm thick half round plastic cane except border which shall be 3.5mm(Minimum) wide & 0.6mm thick, flat super quality cream/ white colour and weaving in accordance to Godrej Pattern as shown on drawing FD-03(M) Sheet 1/1 including removing unserviceable plastic cane all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO Chair Verandah (Drg No FD-19(M), FD-256, FD-359)

Re-caning of Chair Verandah with 4mm wide & 0.4mm thick half round plastic cane except border which shall be 5mm wide & 0.6mm thick flat super quality cream/ white colour including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint White after preparation of surface to complete frame of chair all as specified and directed.

Repairs to broken mild steel components of chair verandah with gas welding.

Removing old broken leg of chair verandah and S&F new leg of MS pipe 1.6mm thick complete with welding.

S&F, PVC rubber Shoe/Toe of best quality to the legs of chairs after removing the old un- serviceable shoes all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO TABLE DINING OR'S STEEL WITH ALUMINUM TOP (Drg No FD-165)

Removing existing unserviceable table top and S&F, new table top made from block board, grade 2 quality, interior grade, commercial type, 19mm thick, size 1910mm x 680mm duly covered with anodised aluminum sheet 22 gauge thick and fixed with screws to MS pipe frame all as shown in drawing and directed.

Gas welding to broken joints/spots of 25mm x 25mm square pipe frame all around.

Cutting of worn out/damaged legs of table and replaced with new MS square pipe piece 3" to 4" long including welding complete.

Painting to MS frame of table dining with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing unserviceable hard rubber shoe from legs of table and S&F, new hard rubber shoes.

REPAIR TO Almirah Large Steel (Drg No FD-67(M) &1031)

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamal paint OG to internal /external surface & shelves completely after preparation of old painted surfaces by applying sand paper and filling with putty where ever required to Almirah Large steel all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of old broken/unserviceabble shelves from Almirah large steel and S&F new shelves made out of 1mm thick MS sheet bent to shape required all as specified in drg & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing broken/ dacayed legs from exsiting Almirah Large steel and S&F new legs made out 1.00 mm thick MS sheet bend to shape all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Removing of old unserviceable locking device three way from exsiting Almirah Large steel and S&F new locking device made out of 10 mm dia MS bar round and 3 mm MS plate all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamal paint OG to internal/external surface & shelves completely after preparation of old painted surfaces by applying sand paper and filling with putty where ever required to Almirah Medium steel all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of old broken/ unserviceable shelves from Almirah Medium steel and S&F new shelves made out of 1mm thick MS sheet bent to shape required all as specified in drg & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of old unserviceable lock from exsiting almirah Large/Med steel (Drg No FD-67(M), 1031 & 1032) and S&F new four lever lock with duplicate keys all as specified in drg & directed by Engr-charge.

Removing of old/broken cleats from existing Almirah large/medium steel with shelves (Drg No FD-67(M), 1031 & 1032) and S&F new cleats made out of 1.6 mm thick PBI sheet bend to shape and shall be fixed with nut & bolt to give support to shelves all as specified in drg & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO Teapoy Varandah (Drg No FD-35(M), FD- 295, D-255, FD-383)

Spot welding to broken joints of MS member of teapoy verandah all as specified and directed

Removing old u/s tops from Teapoy varandah and S&F new top made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade type II (ISI marked) one side teak face & other side white with PVC beading all around all as specified in drg & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamal white paint to Teapoy Varandah after preparation of old painted surfaces by applying sand paper and filling with putty where ever required all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

REPAIRS TO CHAIR TUBULAR STEEL WITH OR WITHOUT ARMS (Drg No FD-75(M))

Dismantling to unserviceable back of chair tubular steel with arms and without arms, S&F of new back made out of Ist class hard wood frame of size 16"x16" and 18"x15", fixing to chair with 75 x6mm GI nut & bolt, including canning with 2mm plastic cane white half round and 4 mm plastic cane for border all as per drawing .

S&F of plastic cap 19mm dia to plug the open end of pipe of chair as shown in drawing .

Dismantling of unserviceable hand rest and S&F new hand rest made out of Ist class hard wood duly painted with black colour complete all as shown in drawing and directed

REPAIR TO TABLE 900MM X 600MM X 760MM WITH DRAWER/WITHOUT DRAWER STEEL (Drg No FD-1008 & FD-1007 )

Taking down unserviceable table top and providing new top of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, solid core with melamine face on one side and balancing white on other side including 4 mm thick teak wood edging all around complete all as shown on drawing.

Gas welding to broken joints of table Steel.

Removing of unserviceable locks of drawer and supply & fixing new four lever locks with key in duplicate all as specified in drawing.

Repairs to the drawer of table steel by making good dents, proper alignment for smooth function of drawer and preparation of old surfaces, inside and outside of drawer and legs & applying one coat of olive green paint by spraying.

(b) Removing of damaged/broken long rail from charpoy GI pipe and S&F new long rail made out of GI Pipe 32mm bore (ISI marked) medium grade including threading both sides all as specified in Drg & directed.

(c) Removing of old damaged/broken short rail from Charpoy and making of short rail from old u/s long rail (retervied from ser item No 1.02 above) including threading & fixing in charpoy GI Pipe all as specified in Drg & directed.

(d) Removing of old damaged/broken leg from charpoy and making leg from old u/s short rail (retervied from ser item No 1.02 &1.03 above) including threading & fixing in charpoy GI Pipe all as specified in Drg & directed.

(e) Removing of old broken/damaged check nuts and S&F new check nuts of 32 mm dia heavy duty to Charpoy GI pipe all as specified in Drg & directed.

(f) Removing old broken/damaged GI elbow, 3 way, 32 mm bore and S&F new GI elbow, 3 way, 32mm bore (ISI marked) to Charpoy GI pipe all as specified in Drg & directed.

(g) Removing damage/broken welded suports from charpoy GI Pipe 32mm and S/F new support made out of 40 x 6 mm flat iron, 850 mm long duly welded to charpoy including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified in Drawing and directed.

Repair to Charpoy IP folding (FD-388 & FD 388(R))

(a) Removing of old unserviceable charpoy top and S & F new top of 8-9mm thick plywood BWR grade (ISI Marked ) with appropriate size nuts,bolts & washer including thightening the loose components complete all as specified in drg and directed.

(b) Removing of old unserviceable members of charpoy folding and S & F new members of 25 mm dia 2 mm thck MS condute fixed with gas welding as specified & shown in drg.

(c) M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces by scraping/rubbing with sand paper and filling depressions with putty where ever required and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade complete all as specified in drg and directed.

Repair to Chorpoy IP Hard top FD/MAP-II/01

(a) Removing of old unserviceable ply wood from charpoy and S&F new 12 mm thick plywood, BWR grade, (ISI Marked) to the top of charpoy IP of appropriate size including fixing to charpoy using nuts, bolts and washers as shown on drg complete all as specified in drg and directed.

(b) M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces by scraping/rubbing with sand paper and filling depressions with putty where ever required and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade complete all as specified in and directed.

Repair to Chair Dining CB, Chair Writing, Chair Easy,Bin soiled linen (Drg Nos FD-203, 226,353,354, 280,250,229 17(M) & 244)

Re-caning of Chairs, Bin Soiled Linen etc (except Chair Verandah) with 2mm wide & 0.4mm thick half round plastic cane except border which shall be 3.5mm(Minimum) wide & 0.6mm thick, flat superior quality cream/ white colour and weaving in accordance to Godrej Pattern as shown on drawing including removing unserviceable plastic cane all as specified and directed.

Repair to Chair Verandah (Drg No FD-19(M), FD-256, FD-359 & FD/E6/MAP-II/06

(a) Re-caning of Chair Verandah with 4mm wide & 0.4mm thick half round plastic cane except border which shall be 5mm wide & 0.6mm thick flat super quality cream/ white colour including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint White after preparation of surface to complete frame of chair all as specified and directed.

(b) Repairs to broken mild steel components of chair verandah with gas welding all as specified and directed.

(c) Removing old broken leg of chair verandah and providing new 20mm dia MS pipe 1.6mm thick complete with welding all as specified and directed.

(d) Removing old broken PVC seat & back of chair verandah and S & F new PVC seat & back 4 mm thick as specified and directed.

(e) S&F, PVC rubber Shoe/Toe of best quality for the legs of chairs after removing the old un- serviceable shoes all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO TABLE DINING OR'S STEEL WITH ALUMINIUM TOP (Drg No FD-165)

(a) Removing existing unserviceable table top and S&F, new table top made from block board, grade 2 quality, interior grade, commercial type, 19mm thick, size 1910x 680mm (ISI Marked) duly covered with anodised aluminum sheet 22 gauge thick and fixed with screws to MS pipe frame all as shown in drawing and directed.

(b) M&L for gas welding to broken joints/spots of 25mm x 25mm square pipe frame all around all as specified and directed.

(c) Cutting of worn out/damaged legs of table and replaced with new MS square pipe piece 3" to 4" long including welding complete.

(d) M&L for painting to MS frame of table dining with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

(e) Removing unserviceable hard rubber shoe from legs of table and S&F, new hard rubber shoes as per existing size complete.

Repairs to Almirah Large Steel (Drg No FD-67(M) &1031)

(a) M&L for one coat of synthetic enamal paint OG to internal /external surface & shelves completely after preparation of old painted surfaces by applying sand paper and filling with putty where ever required to Almirah Large steel all as specified & directed .

(b) Removing of old broken/unserviceabble shelves from Almirah large steel and S&F new shelves made out of 1mm thick MS sheet bent to shape required all as specified in drg & directed .

(c) Removing broken/ dacayed legs from exsiting Almirah Large steel and S&F new legs made out 1.00 mm thick MS sheet bend to shape all as specified in drg and directed.

(d) Removing of old unserviceable locking device three way from exsiting Almirah Large steel and S&F new locking device made out of 10 mm dia MS bar round and 3 mm MS plate all as specified in drg and directed .

(e) Removing of broken/unserviceable handle from existing almirah large and S&F new Chromium Plated steel handle 100mm long all as specified in drg & directed.

(f) Removing of old unserviceable lock from exsiting almirah Large (Drg No FD-67(M), 1031 & 1032) and S&F new four lever lock with duplicate keys all as specified in drg & directed .

(g) Removing of old/broken cleats from existing Almirah largesteel with shelves (Drg No FD-67(M), 1031 & 1032) and S&F new cleats made out of 1.6 mm thick PBI sheet bend to shape and shall be fixed with nut & bolt to give support to shelves all as specified in drg & directed.

Repair to Almirah Med Steel (Drg No FD-1032)

(a) M&L for one coat of synthetic enamal paint OG to internal/external surface & shelves completely after preparation of old painted surfaces by applying sand paper and filling with putty where ever required to Almirah Medium steel all as specified & directed .

(b) Removing of old broken/ unserviceabble shelves from Almirah Medium steel and S&F new shelves made out of 1mm thick MS sheet bent to shape required all as specified in drg & directed .

(e) Dismantling to unserviceable back of chair tubular steel with arms and without arms, S&F of new back made out of Ist class hard wood frame of size 16"x16" and 18"x15", fixing to chair with 75 x6mm GI nut & bolt, including canning with 2mm plastic cane white half round and 4 mm plastic cane for border all as per drawing .

(f) S&F of plastic cap 19mm dia to plug the open end of pipe of chair as shown in drawing .

(g) Dismantling of unserviceable hand rest and S&F new hand rest made out of Ist class hard wood duly painted with black colour complete all as shown in drawing and directed

(d) M&L for removing of old broken top/bottom/side rail of back rest of chair easy and S&F new top/bottom/side rail made out of first class hard wood (teak wood) of similar size & shape including drilling holes for caning all as specified & shown in drg.

(e) M&L for removing of old broken arms of chair easy and S&F new arm made out of first class hard wood (teak wood) of similar size & shape complete all as specified & shown in drg.

(f) M&L for preparation of surfaces by cleaning with emery paper to obtain clean surface and using putty where ever required and polishing two coat of french polish to old and new surface of chair easy all as specified and directed.

Repair to Chair writing with cushion seat & back ( Drg No FD/E6/MAP/12 )

(a) Taking out old/unserviceable seat and S&F new seat made of 120 mm thick hot pressed ply wood upholstered with fabric and mouled polyurethane foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethane foam shall be 50mm thick and 5shall be moulded with density 50-55 KG per Cum complete all as shown on drg.

(b) All as item No 53.01 above but old/unserviceable back complete all as shown on drg & as directed..

(c) Taking out old broken/unserviceable arm rest of chair writing and S&F new one piece arm rest made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 Shore 'A' hardness and reinforced with MS insert, it shall be scratch and weather resistant all as shown on drg.

(d) Prepration of old painted surface by scraping , rubbing & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (black) to MS tubular frame of chair writing complete all as specified and directed.

(e)Taking out unserviceable/brokan frame and S&F new frame cantilever type powder coated MS tubular frame made of 25mmx10mm all as per drg complete all as directed .
