M & L for 16-18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer in 15mm thick CM 1:6 complete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut & machine polished kota stone slab 20 to 25 mm thick as in kitchen plateform and bedded in CM 1:6, 15 mm thick screed bed CM (1:6) flat or vertical, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with colour pigment to match the shade of the slab, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring, treads etc over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment by applying one coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm with brush / roller, laying of 3 mm thick APP based polymer modified membrane reinforced non-woven polyester, weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm and sealing all the over laps 100 mm in length side and 100 mm in width side of membranes laid with torch application complete complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after Cleaning repairing, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thick, manhole cover, kitchen slab etc. including removal of debries to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.
