The Consultant shall have experience of Project Management Consultancy, construction supervision, or quality and quantity audit assignments of a minimum aggregate value of Rs. 300 crore in the last five financial years, for a Government, Semi Government or Public Sector Undertaking client. Evidence copy of the work order or contract and the experience certificate issued by the client for each assignment relied upon.

Consultants having an in-house NABL accredited laboratory.

Consultants holding ISO 9001 certification for quality management systems and ISO 14001 certification for environmental management systems.

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff proposed for the Assignment, assessed on educational qualification, professional experience, like a Team Leader (Zonal), Quality Supervisor, Structural Engineer (MTech Structures), Transportation Engineer (MTech Transportation), Construction Manager and Assistant Construction Managers.

The Consultant shall have achieved, in any two years during the last five financial years, a minimum financial turnover of Rs.14 crore by way of consultancy fee. Evidence certificate of a CA bearing a (UDIN), together with certified financial statements for the relevant years.
