Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator/manual means in foundation of open store plinth including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed including all lead & lifts.

Lean pad with providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) alongwith leveling, ramming, coring all complete work.

Providing, cutting, bending, binding for RCC structure as specified on drawing of 12mm MS round TMT bar for strength, 8mm MS round TMT bar for shapping including binding wire appropriate size all complete work.

Providing and laying in position specified grade reinforced cement concrete including the cost of centering shuttering finishing - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) M20.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class desgination 7.5 in foiundation and plinth in open store plinth with 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of material , labour & T&P.

Providing and laying 90m dpc 40 mm thick with cement concrete1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate12.5 mm nominal size).

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) brick wall of both side including cost of material, labour, and T&P.

Supplying and spreading of earth by earth works in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator/manual means over surface areas in trenches, plinths, side of foundation etc. in layer of not exceeding 20cm in depth consoladating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including all lead lifts (land of earth supply to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost) complete including cost of material, labour, and T&P.

Providing and laying in position specified grade reinforced cement concrete 100mm thick for floor area including the cost of centering shuttering finishing - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) M20.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 150mm thick for floor area excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing weep hole with 75mm PVC pipe ( Pressure 6 Kg/sqcm in proper slope)
